Friendly and very helpful staff. The front part of the store has souvenir items for sale and at the back is where they sell the phones and accessories.

POOR!! I don't post reviews, but had to this time. It all started when I decided to get my son a phone for school purposes, he was so elated but by the next day all that was taken away. The phone had charging troubles, I returned to the store and the charger was changed, no difference, another visit, the battery was changed, same problem.
The phone was finally sent to the repairer/ manufacturer for assessment and I was told it was 'flashed'. This still didn't help. I asked my partner to take it in and it was refused, as the warranty had expired. The battery was changed again however, but the phone did not work. Today I was told again that the warranty is passed so nothing can be done.
I can't explain what I am feeling right now, this is totally unacceptable, it is robbery! How can u buy a device that has not served its purpose and then be told that the warranty is passed? How do I get a redress? Why should I lose? Where do we stop? It is obvious that you knew the phone was faulty but sold it anyway. I am so disappointed for more than one reasons.

Poor. I went there today got a phone for 11500 went home it start to decrease charge +running hot bring it bk they gave me another reach home again it hearing up went bk they gonna tell me the are not gonna change the phone again and no cash refunds.. they wanna keep the phone to look on it needs a all the station me reach tell u guys worst place and I remember I went there in 2021 and bought a phone after the warrantee up the phone stop work me say a true a me dad go buy it make me cah behave how I want to but trust my wrong move if u gonna go there to buy a phone guys wrong
