I wanted to buy a ladies bike but they only had mountain and road bikes. I need a bike without the bar at the top. The man was very helpful and obviously knew a lot about bikes.

A top-class team! This shop and staff have been exceptional in transforming the cycling scene in Jordan in a relatively short time. I can't fault the service there; as a matter of fact, it is the only shop I feel comfortable leaving my bike at, and I've never had anything but excellent service. Furthermore, If you are looking for local knowledge from true passionate cyclists or looking for the best service (maintenance, fitting), cycling kit, cycling academy for your little ones, or any cycling-related stuff, you must look no further. a solid 10/10 even compared to any LBS you find in EU

Amazing service, support and knowledge. Owner really does go the extra mile to help. Customer service better than the UK in many LBS. If it is broke, it will be fixed.
