Cosy, no smoking inside, great coffee, small tables, wifi and electricity plugs everywhere. The inner space is crowded though, with school kids it gets really noisy. Opens early everyday except Fridays. And the prices are just below average, probably to accommodate students. Parking outside is a challenge unless you beat the traffic in the morning. This is my place to go nowadays.

Such a welcoming and a warm place, a great corner to study or just enjoy a good coffee. The staff are really nice and neat. I am definitely coming back over and over again.
