We loved this place. A family run business, very kind hosts, delicious food, a cosy atmosphere and a stunning view. We felt blessed to be here. We will come back.

Very affordable, good starting point for hiking the dana trail. Decent food and friendly staff - overall good value for money! View from rooms is spectacular. Shower only hot when there is some sunshine.

The best view ever. You can clearly see the Dana valley while on your bed due to huge panaroma.

Our stay at Dana’s Trail Hotel was an absolute delight (July 2023) and far exceeded our expectations.

From the moment our family of four arrived, we were met with nothing but warmth and friendliness from the wonderful staff. The attention and care they showed our children, Dana (9 years old) and Indy (5 years old), were exceptional and made us feel even more welcomed. Our daughter Dana was surrounded with Dana’s all over the place :-).

The rooms are immaculate, providing comfort, cleanliness, and the taste of home. Waking up each morning to the serene beauty of Dana was a uniquely calming and rejuvenating experience.

A highlight of our stay was the unforgettable day we spent hiking the Wadi Ghaweir trail, expertly guided by their knowledgeable staff. Their guide was incredibly attentive, especially towards our five-year-old, Indy, who required extra assistance on some climbing activities.

We spent three unforgettable nights at Dana’s Trail Hotel. The hospitality, the scenic views, the comfort, and the adventurous experiences - everything was top-notch. A visit to Jordan wouldn’t be complete without a stay at Dana’s Trail Hotel.

Bedouin style but with electricity and hot water, great place to stay in beautiful surroundings. What a view from the room!

One of the most incridible place in Jordan ! Mohamed IS an Amazing Host and very sympathic. Also I strongly recommand to go for a hik with a guide.

Ein sehr schönes, kleines Hotel mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Dana Tal. Die Eigentümer sind sehr bemüht und kümmern sich sehr liebevoll um die Gäste. Das Hotel liegt außerhalb vom Dorf, man muss sein Auto auf einem Parkplatz im Dorf stehen lassen und wird abgeholt. Die Anreise ist nichts für Menschen mit Höhenangst. Die Zimmer entsprechen einem europäische Standard, aber Vorsicht, im Winter gibt es keine Heizung, so dass es frisch werden kann. Wir hatten auch kein warmes Wasser, aber für Abenteurer ein Geheimtipp.

Prachtige plek met fantastisch uitzicht! De kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien. Er werd inderdaad gebouwd en daar had je wat overlast van door een aggregaat wat aanstond. Voor ons mag dat de pret niet drukken en was het prima om mee te leven. Uiteindelijk moet je toch kunnen uitbreiden naar meer kamers.

Ontbijt en eten was super. Moreno is iemand die het iedereen naar zijn zin probeert te maken en dat lukt hem aardig. Onze tip als je hier bent: boek de Wadi Gruhweir trail. Dit is een van onze hoogtepunten in de vakantie geweest. Het kost wat, maar dan heb je ook wat. Voor ons was het het dubbel en dwars waard. Mohammed was onze gids en we hebben onderweg veel gelachen.
