Appears to be a very local ramen restaurant as we were the only tourists. Soup is quite rich in taste, with a few pieces of thick-sliced pork and noodles that you can choose your own softness. Noodle type is not the one I like most but the overall quality is good enough. The staff doesn't know much English so you may need some help from Google Translate.

Authentic Ramen, bar style with a vending machine. We were told by a local to try this place and have been regularly going for over 2 years. We are headed back stateside and may never have such delicious Ramen again.

Great spot for a tonkotsu ramen. Creamy broth with a lot of flavor and get the rice with grilled pork is a great pairing. Large sizes are also optional.

One of my best ramen spots in Sasebo. Not made for big party sizes. Good quick stop for ramen. Highly recommend if you like thick cuts of pork with your ramen.

One of the best pork ramen I've eaten. Service is quick but there maybe a short wait if you're stopping by during their busy hours. However it is worth it. Don't forget to try the pork and rice bowl.

Best ramen you can get in Sasebo for sure, definitely better than the more popular ones out in town. Love that you can choose wether you want your noodles softer or harder, I will always love this place. Can’t beat the prices either

A classic ramen place which provides a creamy and filling meal for a good price. They are usually busy but for a good reason.

This place is the typical Ramen layout, but one of the best Tonkotsu Ramen places in Japan. Being two hours away from Fukuoka, it is awesome having a Tonkotsu place near me. It is right off the Ginza in Sasebo.

I usually go for the pork bbq ramen and rice bowl with pork. Both are equally the best at what they make. The picture makes the slices of pork dry, but it's not, it's actually soft and amazing. The plus is the value, very good price.
I highly recommend trying it if you have yet to.

I have tried many Ramen shops all throughout Japan in the last 2 years and I can say that from my experience so far Doppos is the Nr 1 Ramen Shop that I have eaten at since I have been in Japan. And I will continue to eat there.

My opinion, best ramen in sasebo. The pork is so incredibly delicious, the ramen is customizable with different levels of oiliness and soft or hard noodles. Order with a vending machine and has about 6 seats available.

One of the best ramen spots in Sasebo!!! The pork and rice bowl is a great addition to add to your meal. They serve water to drink but you can bring your own soda in and they will provide a glass with ice. They get busy during lunch but seats open up very quickly.

Leek ramen and pork bowl is a 10/10 taste bud knock out.

Best ramen in Sasebo. Thick and hearty pork baked soup and good ramen noodles...not the thin strands you find at other ramen shops. If you like Kanto area ramen, this is the place for you.

This is another favorite ramen house of choice. Number two on list only because there can only be one on the top. However i would not turn it down at all. Another A+ for this spot.
