Best Ramen (I had Crab Ramen) I've had here in Sasebo in 4.5 years and I love the dunk rice concept! Though it definitely makes you extra full. Prices are on point as well. I believe I only spend about 1200 yen.

Fantastic little ramen spot. The service was friendly, quick, and efficient. The Ginjyo ramen was creamy and flavorful. Really happy I found this little gem!

It's small, but it seats maybe 15 people. This was the first ramen I had in the country, but this? THIS? This was 🔥. Their ramen was way better than any I had in the US. Also, they have dump rice, which is a game changer! The gyoza though? This place does not miss. I'll be back, and then I'll be back again & again.

This place was recommended to us, and I am glad it was. The ramen was super delicious, the staff were very accommodating (we brought our two children), and everything was reasonably priced. 10/10 will be returning!

Very good ramen spot in Sasebo! Thin style noodles very thick and creamy broth! Pork slice was very good and it had nuts in the ramen too which was different but very good. A different type of ramen that I’ve have had but was very good. In a quiet part of Sasebo plenty of parking available close by. A great ramen spot to try if you are in Sasebo!

The dinning area was small only able to fit about 10 to 12 people max. The food was outstanding. The curry was a deep rich brown and the "Crab Ramen" (I don't remember it's actual name) is something that haunts my dreams in a good way. Customer service was as good as it gets which is normal in Japan.
I definitely recommend this ramen shop to people who happen to be in Sasebo.

Not my first time here in Toride, I've been here 3 times already and I'm sure I will coming back for more. I really enjoy all the food I had. I wish I took photo of other dishes. Everything I tried are so delicious and beyond my expectations. All readers of this review should try everything under their menus, specially the Toride ramen and the dunk of rice,lol.. The place was small but you won't regret the experience.

Their ramen menu is unlike any I've ever seen before. Had the Komuin ramen, amazingly good, among the best ramen I've ever had in Japan. You'll likely have to wait to be seated as it's fairly small in there but it's worth it.

A unique take on ramen, but it was exceptionally delicious. I had the peanut pork broth and it was THICK. After eating the Raman, you can buy “dunk” rice to add to the broth to soak up and eat.

They do have various fish based ramen so if you are allergic to shellfish be cautious.

This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation. recommend to everyone! Toride bowl: the broth was not overly salty. Creamy. love how the seaweed balanced and brought out more flavor. Together with the fried onions on top, it was a esthetically pleasing meal.
The price was just right. Good portion size. The Nikumaze bowl was my favorite. The thinly sliced marinated meat. Nothing to complaint. I would like to come back here again and again.

A ramen shop that only seats 11-13 people, their range of ramen is really amazing and all of them are so good! Worth the little wait for a seat

Small seating but absolutely worth it. Still rave about how Toride is the best ramen I've had in all of mainland Japan. Affordable prices (bring cash!) And come early if you want to avoid the waitlist!

I’ve been living in Japan for nine years and this is one of the best ramen I’ve ever had. I had the crab ramen. The broth is like a combination of crab and pork. It is very tasty and creamy.

I recommend this ramen spot if you’re in the area.

Amazing, absolutely delicious! Oishii 🍲

The place is small, it won’t fit more than 20 people but it’s so worth it. Parking is tricky too.

Try pork gyoza (dumplings) as they were outstanding! Spicy chicken ramen was medium spicy and super tasty. Creamy shrimp ramen was absolutely delicious and with diverse toppings. Be sure to ask for a smoked egg topping - so good!
Highly recommended!

Worth the wait as it goes quickly! Ramen comes fast, gyoza is good, but came for the ramen- and yes it is unforgettable. The flavors in the spicy chicken were very unique to anything I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back and try the others! This was recommended to me from a friend who lived here and it did not disappoint. We parked at Nimitz park and walked over so we could walk off the full belly :).

Fantastic food. Limited seating. There is a sign up list and chairs outside for waiting. I recommend getting there early!

Dunk rice with cheese and the crab ramen. Delish!!! First time in Sasebo came here for dinner. The staff is welcoming and accommodating and food does not disappoint. Cash only and English menu, but the pictures speak for themselves.

Just arrived in Sasebo and eaten here twice within a week. Great Ramen. Beef Curry even better! Thought Ra Ra was the best in town. Nope. Toride is where it’s at. Enjoy

I initially went in hoping for takeaway, but they don’t do take away. So I ended up sitting at the little 3 person bar, in the middle of two Japanese men. It was a cozy little place and the salty shrimp ramen was delicious!!
