Himeya Sushi

In our trip to Japan this was by far one of the best experiences we had, what a plesant surprise!
Me and my sister discovered this small tradicional sushi restaurant, runned by the kindest family. It has a perfect location near the coast and the cruise to view the 99 islands of Kujukushima.
The sushi was the best we had in our trip, super fresh and really well made.
Hope to have the pleasure to eat it once again.

The beat Sushi in Sasebo and most of the surrounding locations. All home made with love and super fresh. Amazing miso soup as well.

Nice, small place with great fish that's prepared well. You can sit either at the bar (7 seats, can watch the chef and TV) or at one of a couple of traditional low tables. After being disappointed by the sushi in the Ginza, we were very happy to find this place, which is near the aquarium and 99 islands boat tours.

This is the best sushi ive ever had. The experience and the service were amazing. And the way the chef prepared everything on front of us was great.
The entrance was a bit difficult to locate tho. It helps to compare to the picture

We had a wonderful meal, chef's choice on sushi and we really enjoyed this quiet little place. Definitely going back. He made outstanding negitoro!

來店消費前，已經在附近吃了一些東西，看著大家的熱烈評論，也不知還會不會回到這個可愛的地方，就走進來了！

超棒的體驗，如同大家所說，生魚片、茶碗蒸、魚湯好吃，老闆還非常關心台灣地震的新聞，我們很慶幸平安。

希望大家也可以看著這篇評論進來感受老闆樸實一家人的招待。😊

隱世餐廳，但可惜店內坐位不多。

食物很好十分新鮮，玉子燒很好吃！

特上にぎり など頂きました。

刺身の盛り合わせはメニューに記載はありませんでしたがオーダーに応じてもらえ、大皿に綺麗な盛り付け。
もちろん鮮度感じる食感と美味しさ。

アラ炊きや茶碗蒸しも味がよくとても美味しいです。

お寿司も見た目通り美味しいです！

お店の方の接客もとても良くて居心地良く美味しい夕食を頂くことができました。

食物相當美味，生魚片與茶碗蒸都很好吃，清酒很適合食物，很棒的一餐

食物非常好吃，烤魚也十分味美

私の誕生日と子供の進学、就職のお祝いで利用しました。随分前に1度利用したきりでしたが、知り合いの紹介もあり久しぶりに伺いました。握り寿司はどれも美味しく、あまり人には知られたく無いお店ですね。
今度は、義母の傘寿の時に利用したいと思っています。

大将の人柄と奥様,お母さんの気持ちが籠った素晴らしいお店でした♪

お味もお刺身から始まり…茶碗蒸しやお味噌汁も旨い(^-^)

握りは何を食べても絶品✨

その中でもヒラメは…うなる程に美味しかった☆

めちゃくちゃ美味しいお寿司が食べれます。
おすすめは、ヒラマサと鯛です。
ちなみにエグいくらい安いです。
正直クオリティと釣り合ってません。いい意味で。
