Awesome experience. New into biking and didn’t wanna start out too crazy. They didn’t try to push anything on me and made sure I understood everything before committing. All around great experience and I’ll be relying solely on them while in Japan!

Just had my annual maintenance done, superior craftsmanship and came in under the original quote for parts and new bike bags, very detailed explanation and pictures of before,during and after, 5+year old European bike looks new again, I have complete confidence in another full year of great bike riding, thanks to the whole team at Cycle Shop Uecki!

Friendly and helpful staff

My rear wheel got flat during my bicycle journey and I ask them for help. They gave advise to me on which tire I should use for my long bicycle journey. Also they are very familiar with road bike, and we had a nice talk during the maintenance.

Beside, you guys English are great, I truly didn’t expect I could met Japanese speak English so well😂

Great cycling shop! The staff of Cycle Shop Ueki has helped me out many times, and in several different types of cycling situations. From providing great advice on purchasing a new bike, to conducting repair/maintenance work on my older bikes, Andy and the team do not disappoint. I tell my friends to stop by because I want them to also experience the excellent support and service I regularly receive at Cycle Shop Ueki. The shop keeps a great selection of bikes, supplies, tools, and accessories in stock, not to mention the knowledgeable and experienced staff, who can help you navigate the most complex cycling situations. Great and knowledgeable staff, excellent service and very easy to work with! They’re my go to for any parts, cycling gear and services on my bike. I had them upgrade my 105 to the new Ultegra Di2 and have had no issues with it.

Very nice bike shop. I purchase and order parts here often. Staff is multi lingual and can speak English and Japanese fluently. I recommend this bike shop to any serious riders who are looking for quality products and service. Ask staff about where to ride and they will respond with great advice and routes for any level rider. Expert Mechanics too, who can solve just about any problem that you can imagine. Selection of bikes is very impressive, and they can order just about any manufacturer around. I love this shop !

This bike shop is small but really good. The bi-lingual staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, especially June and Andy. I was able to a purchase/order a lot supplies to prepare me for my cross country Japan trip. They worked with my repairs and got my equipment in a timely manner.

Super nice little bike shop, highly recommended! I had my front Bontrager headlight go bad and wanted to replace it. The closest Trek store is over three hours away. I emailed Ueki to see if they would be able to order it since it is not a brand they the carry. They responded very quickly and said they would be able to order one for me to then pick up in the store. I went there today with the intent to order the light, but they actually already had it in the store! Needless to say, I was extremely pleased and the staff was very polite and professional. As I am new to cycling, they also helped me out with picking out a bike short and jersey set! As I was very impresses with my visit to Cycle Shop Ueki today, this will be my go to place for any cycling gear and service for me and my family while we are here!

This is truly an amazing bike shop. Andy and Jun-San go out of their way to take care of customers. They won’t try to upsell and simply want you to walk away happy. It is a short drive from MCAS Iwakuni and we’ll worth the trip. It’s a small shop and they make you feel like family.

Cycle Shop Ueki did it once again!! I wanted a different groupset on my bike and as usual the staff here delivered a great final product. They worked with me on this project and all I can say is that everyone in the shop is very knowledgeable and passionate about bikes. They take a lot of pride in their work and it really shows; needles to say that I couldn't be any happier (my bike looks amazing) and can't wait to ride it. Their customer service is great and I'm very satisfied with this purchase and will continue to go here for all of my cycling needs. Thank you again to the whole entire UEKI team.

Great little bike shop with pretty large selection of high end bikes. Excellent staff that's knowledgeable and friendly. English and Japanese language spoken at this location. This location has a long, storied history in the community.

Great staff(Japanese and English speaking) and listens to your cycling needs rather than just tying to sell you what you don't want. I would recommend this place to anyone. Take the ride out to the shop, you'll be happy you did.

Amazing knowledge crew that will assist you with what ever you need. Mechanic on site was able to fix my bike issue in just a few min.
