Highly recommend this company. We dropped off an entire weeks worth of clothing for 4 adults. They washed, dried and folded everything then delivered back to our hotel. 5 star service

Great service helping us load and set the machine an hour out from closing. Also credit to the washer and dryer combo for a very effective job within the hour!

Very helpful staff with an English frequently asked questions sheet. A change machine is also available, changing 1000 and 2000 yen notes to 100 yen coins. A very tourist friendly place.

Nice coin laundry and super nice staff. Washer 'n dryer in one. Machines come with pre-loaded non-scented detergent. Staff spoke a little bit of English and offered scented fabric softener at no charge. Prices are what you would expect for coin laundry in Japan. I paid 1100 yen (8kg - 60min) wash and dry.

A small self service coin operated laundry. There’s a change machine for ¥1000 bills. There are a limited number of machines and the shop is small. As with everything in Japan, the machines were clean and in good condition. So you could very easily end up having to wait quite awhile for your turn. There’s a Family Mart and another konbini just across the street. Very convenient.

Good choice! Staff is very nice and speeks english. We paid 800 yen for 8kg wash and dry and it took 50 min.

Very nice staff and only coin laundry with staff to aid. They were able to turn off automatic detergents and I was able to use my own. Very nice for people with sensitive skin and can't use the automatic detergent! (Used Google translate to make the request) 60 minute total for wash & dry. Clean environment and free water!

Super friendly people and very efficient service. The young woman at the counter spoke almost no English, but with a little help from Google translate we were able to communicate that we wanted our laundry delivered to our hotel. They washed and folded everything (two kitchen garbage bags full) for 2,100 yen - and delivered it the next day! The same clothing would have cost us over 20,000 yen to have cleaned at the hotel itself. Highly recommended.

We were in need of a coin laundry, as our hotel of choice didn't have one.. this was perfect. Although it surely wasn't the cheapest, the place was spotless and new, the staff friendly and helpful and the atmosphere really cool. Plus: free water, tea and coffee was available. Loved it - I don't recall having such a good time doing laundry ever!

English signs inside though staff speak little English. Great service, do it yourself or have it done for you. Really appreciated the option to have it done and dropped off at our hotel the next day. Prices are quit reasonable for Japan too.

Best launderette in the whole world. It has free water. A loo. Brand new machines which have detergent and softener built in and the most helpful assistant who spoke brilliant English.

Free coffee stools to sit on while u wait.Helpful staff here. Coin change if you only have notes available . Does not seem to take credit card but not entirely sure.

Modern combined wash-and-dry machines with built-in washing detergent ... free tea/coffee ... good seating area ... neat and very clean. If only all coin laundries were like this !
