Fantastic Caramel Croffle. Excellent coffee, service and atmosphere. I strongly recommend visiting this café.

Very nice, chill cafe on the east side of Yamagata city. Basic wooden furniture and decor, cool tunes playing in the background, relaxed vibes. Friendly barista, who speaks some English. Also shared a couple of books on Yamagata prefecture with me.

Ordered caramel waffle and it was crispy and delicious!
Also, the 'Friendship coffee' which was highly recommended by the owner tasted perfect (not too bitter and not too sweet)

And the Tiramisu here tasted different but in a good way! Highly recommend!

The coffee is also the best espresso you're likely to find in Yamagata.
Excellent service, very good English, including a menu to suit.

Beautiful, cute speciality coffee shop. Master roast the coffee beans in the store in small roasting machine managed through his laptop.
Perfect place to enjoy coffee and waffles. We were unfortunate not able to try crowaffel as it wasn’t available. Definitely recommend “friendship coffee”.
If you like to sit down, relax and enjoy your day, it’s perfect as it is managed single handedly by the master so not for those who want everything in rush.
Master speaks decent English and he also conveyed for our safety as we were going to Yamadera and snow is melting which is dangerous when climbing 1012 temple steps

There are only 3 tables inside, also 2 benches outside. Foreigners friendly cafe with English menu! As the barista is alone, the service is quite slow, but definitely worth it.

A small cafe near Yamagata station. The atmosphere is cosy and the coffee was excellent! The cafe also opens early for any who is traveling. I would definitely recommend trying the chocolate crowaffle! And they have English menu!

Coffee is great! It’s really smooth and you can feel that the barista has put in a lot of effort into this cup of coffee. From the pour over to the explanation of the beans. 10/10 for coffee and passion. Definitely worth the wait! Try when you have the time to spare.

The cafe here is very modern and rather minimalist, perfect for enjoying a coffee in.

The coffee is excellent. English menu is available and is also spoken, with a choice of 3 different beans. Choice of brewing method is also available.

偶然地図上で見つけたお店です。3種類あるクラフトビールのうち2種とコーヒーを頂きました。店主の方による素材や味の説明がとても丁寧で、楽しかったです。また、途中で混んできたにも関わらず、入店済みの客が居心地良く過ごせる雰囲気を大切にしておられるのを感じました。
次回は食事もしてみたいです。
