Toyoko Inn Narita Airport Honkan

I have stayed here several times. This hotel is an ideal place to stay the night before a flight or when arriving on an evening flight. As usual for Toyoko Inns, the rooms are immaculately clean and the tariff includes a tasty breakfast. Unusually for Toyoko Inns (and Japanese hotels in general) the rooms are large. There is a convenience store in the lobby and a larger one a short walk away. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to and from the airport. I have always found this bus to be reliable.

Best place to stay !!! Friendly customer service, good and filling breakfast, good hotel price for a 3 stars that should be 4, very clean n tidy beddroom, all amenities r accessible. Definitely, if coming back to Japan. I ll stay again in Toyoko Inn.

Good hotel close to the Narita Airport. There is not so many facilities around as it's very outside of the city centre but handy to rest before/after your flight. The rooms are ok, I cannot say anything to complain

I needed one night close to NRT, and this hotel worked out very well. The Toyoko Inn Narita Airport Honkan has a shuttle (with schedule times on their site) that picked us up from stop #16 outside international terminal. It was also available as early as 4:50 am to drop off back at the airport the next morning, and it's just a few minutes from the airport. The hotel is literally two feet from another hotel; they share the shuttle and connect inside. A convenience store is just a few feet from the front desk. The halls are very quiet. Bed and pillow were hard, but I fell asleep too quickly to really be bothered. All was very clean and I would consider staying here again next time I need a place to sleep before or after a flight.

Very close to the airport and yet very silent. Breakfast was free, and they also offered all you can need as combs, razors, or skin care.

Toyoko inn is a nice place to stay, a sirene, clean and beautiful environment. I have enjoyed my one night stay at toyoko inn.

Travelled with family and we might have hit quarantine jackpot! Family room (for the four of us) was two queen beds and pull out couch. More than enough space with two little kids. Wifi was good. Window can open a little. Food was as good as I could expect. Friendly staff. Overall better experience than expected for our three days.

Great next to airport and car rentals return point! With free fast shuttle. Top location with Japanes stalen breakfast

Hotel staff is kind and friendly + the hotel is fine, hence the 5 stars.

BUT!

For anyone who's about to do the mandatory quarantine... let me share some thoughts on things I wish I would've prepared for my quarantine hotel stay. Hope you find this helpful.

3. Soap+moisturizer

FOOD - I am currently at Toyoko-in Narita and I'm grateful for what I've been provided but I wish I had brought some extra food with me. I'm Japanese and I don't eat big portions, yet I've felt hungry few times a day, Ubereats does not serve this area, and the hotel staff does not have food for purchase.

DRINKS - a cup of tea and brewed coffee are two things I will forever be thankful for from now onwards. There's a kettle in each room, but nothing to have that boiled water with. I'm not a huge coffee person but after a few days of drinking just boiled water... instant coffee would bring a smile to my face...

SOAP+MOISTURIZER - I flew in for a family emergency and didn't bring much with me. Most places I've stayed in my life have had soap and moisturizer/lotion, seems like it's not the norm. Again, this hotel is not within the delivery service apps' reach and the hotel does not have items for purchase. Amazon prime is our only helpline.

I'm ok and I'll come out of this quarantine as a happier and more thankful human being. Nevertheless, if you're about to fly into Narita and need to comply with the quarantine period, hope you find this post helpful. Remember it's a lottery, you don't choose where you stay. 🙂

Close to Narita Airport. Free shuttle bus service. Check in fast and very clean room. A convenience store and laundry room on ground floor. No restaurant available at this hotel (expect an area for free breakfast) so enjoy your meal before going to the hotel.

Rooms were very clean, all amenities were catered for and staff are very friendly. A late check out service would be a nice touch though, especially when flying out at 9pm, have to be out of room by 10AM. However they will look after your gear at the lobby until you leave so as to let you explore Narita during the day.

Twin sized rooms with TV, it's Japan don't expect big rooms but adequate sized rooms for your needs. Rooms were clean and service was friendly with basic english. They have a free breakfast with limited options which was 3/5 due to the limits and bland taste. No direct transportation to Narita or anywhere but free 24 hour? Shuttle to the airport that you can take to go to rest of japan

For the price we paid, we couldn't ask for a better experience. We had to make a last minute reservation and booked a double twin room for roughly $84. The lady at the front desk upgraded us for free to a double queen room. The WiFi was decent and free breakfast was nice. There is also a free shuttle bus to and from the airport.

This is the first hotel I've been to when I came to japan for the first time.

My first sight of japanese hospitality was at Narita International airport where I was honourably greeted by agent and government authorities. It was a whole different experience for me who has travelled to various countries over the globe.

Later after the procedures at the airport, we were sent for a day's quarantine here. I was astonished by the way japanese treat foreigners with loyalty and respect. The staff was all good and I would recommend this hotel for a night's stay over.

The rooms were slightly small, but still it is a small con compared to the better pros.

This hotel is near Narita Airport. There is free shuttle bus between the hotel and the airport. The shuttle bus operates all day. It is so convenient to travel between the hotel and the airport. The room is new, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. The check in is quick and easy.

Very nice room and breakfast. Many things were available with English translation, except for the A/C controller. The WiFi for our room was difficult to acquire, but the staff at the reception desk were able to help us get it figured out. I liked pretty much everything about our experience

It is a very nice place to stay for a night, near to airport and with wifi facility. Breakfast is also served in the morning from 6.30 am so that most people having flights early in the morning can also have it orelse there is a Lawson shop within it.

Excellent place to stay in Japan. Loved everything about the room. The room was small, but in the usual Japanese way they accounted for everything and it was just a fantastic room. Very very pleased, if I’m in town I will certainly shop around for this Hotel.

Quite big hotel. Nice lobby, clean room and this hotel has quite big room rather than most hotels in Japan, the breakfast is not bad. Good service, and the hotel has free shuttle bus to or from narita airport.
