2日前から体調不良が続いたためインフル検査を行ってるかお聞きしたところ、予約枠が空いているとのことで柔軟に対応して頂き、私の研究が終わり次第すぐに診て頂けました。検査室内は清潔で、看護師さんは丁寧で親しみやすく、気持ちよく利用できました。健康でいるのが一番ですが、また機会があれば是非利用したいです。

PCR検査を行っていただけるということで、発熱した為来院。急な連絡にも関わらず診察してくださいました。看護師の方も「感染対策の為このような防護服ですみません」と気を遣っていただき丁寧な対応をいただきました。
幸いにも陰性で、薬を処方していただき2日は治りました。

コロナ禍で大変お忙しい中、丁寧なご対応ありがとうございました。

所長の先生は、気さくな先生で話しやすかったです。とても良くしていただきました。

九州大学伊都キャンパス内にある診療所。
学生、大学職員だけでなく、一般住民も利用可能。
大学のニーズを反映してか、内科と精神科がある。

受付の態度は悪いです。

It is such a petty that Kyushu University is allowing a miss manner staff in it's campus. The staff in front desk was the worst Japanese behavior I have ever experienced in 5 years. Although other students also told me that the staff in front desk are impolite and mess behaves with Foreigners, which I experienced first hand myself.
Although it is a private hospital and I guess the doctors might be good (which I never got a chance to see them because the staff made multiple excuse to ensure I do not get a reservation), but the issue is the existence of such rude people inside Kyushu University main campus which is has strived hard achieving rank in international level.
I am sorry for you 😞 Kyushu University.
