It's an amazing bakery that was just a metro stop away. Seems to be a local favorite judging by the number of people who stop by. They have a great variety of sweet and savory baked goods. I liked the curry beard and the savory bean stuffed bread. Coffee was great and we sat upstairs where there's a sitting area. There's also a separate smoking area.

Excellent bakery. Lucky for us we found it on our first day. It became our daily routine. There’s a sitting area on the 2nd floor. Many pastry and sandwiches plus breakfast sets that are very reasonable.

Great bakery, lots of sweet and savory choices. We have been here in Asaksua 2-days and visited twice already, probably will come back again. Nice cozy sitting area upstairs, indie pop playing in the background. It truly is a perfect cafe'. We are so glad to have found it.

Bakery & Cafe Yamazaki in Taito is a little slice of heaven that deserves a solid five stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Let's talk about the baked goods first because, oh my goodness, they are divine. Freshly baked bread that's crusty on the outside and fluffy on the inside – it's like they've mastered the art of bread-making. And don't even get me started on their pastries – each one is a little piece of perfection, whether you're into flaky croissants or decadent danishes.

But it's not just about the carbs here. Their coffee game is strong, too. Sip on a perfectly brewed cup while you enjoy the cozy atmosphere and maybe even indulge in a little people-watching.

And let's not forget about the service. The staff here is always friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in the door.

So, whether you're in need of a quick breakfast on the go or you're looking for a cozy spot to catch up with friends, Bakery & Cafe Yamazaki has got you covered. Trust me, you'll be coming back for more!

A bakery cafe! Sitting on 2F but it was pretty full on a weekday morning. The curry bread and the fish burger are wonderful.

Probably the BEST bakery we’ve visited in Tokyo! We enjoyed it so much that we came back 3 days in a row, and every time we tried some new pastry, we were surprised for the better. Especially worth mentioning is the fabulous curry bread that is just yummy! as well as the egg salad & ham pastry which was a delight. We would definitely visit this place again on our next visit to Tokyo!

We are here every morning! The pastries were amazing. You walk in and grab your tray and tongs. Grab what you want and pay at the counter with your coffee order. Then you go upstairs for tables. Standout favorites were the cinnamon rolls, apple pastries, danish looking pastries, and the egg and ham. Pro tip use Google Translate camera to know what your eating.

Best bakery in the area. Alot of selections. Every selection is a good one. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Coffee selections are great as well. They make it fresh for you and also heat up your pasteries if youd like which make them taste even better. Theres an upstairs area to sit but space is limited. There is also a smoking area attached upstairs as well.

An amazing local Bakery in the Asakusa neighborhood of Tokyo.

The pastries are laid out in the Bakery with the ability for you to choose what you would like and take it to the counter. Coffee and tea are offered as well.

A great spot for breakfast or lunch as sandwiches are also available

Perfect for breakfast with tea. Lots of choices. Every morning we'd come here to eat and try something new and interesting. You can bring the food and bring upstairs. Smoking room also on 2nd floor .Recommend!

Excellent bakery with delicious bread and other delicious treats. They’re open at 7am until late. There are comfy seats upstairs, the service is friendly and the staff speaks good English. We love their Curry Pan, but the Mochi ball with Red Bean filling (see photo) is the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many of these since I was a child!!

Outstanding quality! I only tried the Hokkaido cream cheese type of bread (new item) but everything looks so good, it's difficult to choose! First floor is the bakery, quite tight but filled with various breads, loafs, sandwiches, etc. It's also a cafe, so you can buy drinks and eat onsite on the 2nd floor with sitting area (unfortunately a smoking area closed off by walls takes 1/3 of the space). I recommand coming earlier than 10am.

We were so in love with this bakery. We only had two mornings in Tokyo and both breakfasts we had here and we took lunch sandwiches with us. Everything was beautiful and the taste of each pastry matched how lovely they looked.

Great bakery! It’s very inexpensive and there is such a variety of baked goods. We got everything in this photo for under $20! There is a seating area upstairs and they offer water which is nice. I highly recommend.

I loved their cinnamon buns! The best I’ve ever had! Delicious egg sandwich, tasty curry pastry and an amazing cheese and apple dessert! I love this place and I will go back with my friends. Their selection is vast and amazing!!
