We’re having a really great time along the trip even though the weather is not on our side. Our driver, Jamil, is really helpful during our trip. He speaks English very well and can communicate well with us. Because it is private, we get the flexibility for the day. Really thankful for Mr. Jamil to help us move to our next destination from Tokyo to Nagoya.

We had a great time doing the Mt. Fuji day trip with Ahmad. He was very experienced with the trip and brought us to all the main attractions. We were able to customize our itinerary, and Ahmad gave us helpful tips to navigate the train stations. A really relaxing and pleasant experience with a great driver. Thank you!

We had a great time with this tour service yesterday. We booked a Mt Fuji trip. Abdul was our driver and he was so prefessional. He speaks great english and was able to bring us to all the places we wanted to go too. He even gave us tips and was able to answer most of our questions about Japan and Tokyo. Will certainly get them again next time esp Abdul!

We had a full day tour of Mt Fuji and the surrounding area and Fahad was our guide and driver. He was absolutely exceptional -- full of knowledge, responsive to our interests, friendly and courteous, and more -- just remarkable. We recommend him with real enthusiasm.

Just had our tour with Jamil. He suggested we leave early at 7am and I'm so glad we followed his advice as we ended up with stunningly clear views of Mt Fuji from 5th station and Lake Kawaguchi before it clouded over by 1pm. Jamil gave us really good suggestions and tailored the tour to what we wanted which was really awesome.

Had a great trip to Mt. Fuji and Hakone region recently, thanks to Mr. Hassan and his companion. They helped us visit the spots as per our preference and also helped in buying tickets to save our time. Would recommend their services if you are looking for a customised day trip to Fuji area from Tokyo.

My family and I reserved the one day private tour/car from Tokyo to Mount Fuji. After some confusion and car issues the original date of our tour we were rebooked for one day later.
Our driver, Jamil, brought us out into the countryside of Japan to visit Lake Kawaguchiko. Unfortunately, the clouds seemed to be glued to Mount Fuji, so we were unable to view this spectacular site. That’s just weather for you, but we were happy it didn’t rain. We all still enjoyed our little escape by taking a high speed boat on the lake, visited the Chureito Pagoda and walked around an old market and village. This trip provided us with a nice option to see the Japanese landscape and history, and enjoy the tranquility of the smaller towns.

We booked a Mt Fuji private tour for a Friday at 8:30am. We waited outside our hotel at 8:20am and when it was 8:30am and no one arrived, we tried to contact the tour company. We called and emailed for nearly an hour, all while waiting around the hotel lobby debating if we should continue to wait, what we should do next, etc. It was very stressful and annoying to deal with this while on vacation.

The website said they open at 8am but nobody answered the phone until nearly 9:30am. When they finally answered, they called our driver, and called us back and said our driver got into an car accident (so suspicious - our driver got into an accident while on the job, and almost an hour passed but he never contacted his boss to inform them of what happened?? This sounds like a complete lie).

He said we could rebook for the next day, or wait until noon to be picked up, or get a refund. Although extremely inconvenient, we rebooked for the next day because it was the best of the 3 options. I requested a discount for this huge inconvenience and unprofessionalism - one person in our group was unable to go the next day, which was a big disappointment for us. We thought it to be very fair to request some kind of compensation for this inconvenience. He said no, but when I insisted, he said he would ask management. He never got back to me. I emailed to follow up on getting a partial refund, and they ignored my email and did not reply.

If you read other reviews, similar incidents have happened before and this company has used similar excuses. Someone else said their driver was 1-1.5 hours late due to weather, another reviewer had to reschedule their tour to another day due to car mechanical issues. Read through the negative reviews of this tour/company - they ALWAYS have an excuse for when something goes wrong. You will see their unprofessionalism in their replies to negative reviews.

The car itself was clean and very spacious, and the driver was nice. As others stated, it is not a typical tour where they explain the points of interest. This is a car service to drive you to the places and that's it. He only took us to 4 of the 5 places listed on the tour.

We would not book with this company again and I would suggest booking a more expensive but reliable tour company. Nobody wants to deal with this kind of inconvenience and stress while on vacation, so spend a little more to ensure you don't end up in the same situation we were in.

We booked a private guided tour (from TripAdvisor) with this company which looked nice in the description but in reality it was a total scam from my point of view.

- We got 2 totally unprofessional guys who barely speak English, know absolutely NOTHING about destinations, they used google when I asked about something. Basically we got a super expensive transportation service.

- The list of destinations they wanted to go to was not the same as in the description. When we asked to follow the original itinerary, they didn't know about it and the locations.

- ⚠ We refused to continue after the first destination and we agreed with the agency to have 50% refund, but it was a lie from their side. They didn't pay that refund. In the end, we lost our money and a whole day of our trip to Japan because of them.

We wrote a complaint to the police and to the Japan Anti-Fraud Authority.

We booked a guided tour through TripAdvisor.

We should have got a tour guide - we didn’t get any.
We should have visited locations mentioned in the description - they wanted to bring us to other places.

Total mismatch with post description!

They barely could say a word in english and knew nothing about destinations.

We just got two expensive drivers.

We asked to cancel our trip immediately and get 50% refund. They agreed to refund but they did nothing… no refund, only lies.

Total unprofessional service.
