教員の質が悪い。典型的な事なかれ主義。課題解決に取り組まない、厄介事は無かったことに。ニュースでよく見る問題を隠すような集団という印象。

生徒の質はふつうで、地方小学校なら良い方だと思います。
極端な地域が少ない、大小合わせれば新興団地がいくつかあり、土着文化の希釈も進んでいるので、変なローカルルールに縛られる心配も少ないと思います。

大事なのでもう一度書きます、教員側の質は悪いと思います。
