My favourite would be the Salt Bread of White Truffle because you could really taste the truffle flavour and it was nicely salted too!

Truffle flavour was lacking in the Egg Sandwich with Black Truffle but it was still very enjoyable as the eggs were pretty fresh.

The Bean Paste Butter Sandwich (Version 2.0) was another gem because the baguette was so crispy! Absolutely loved the combi of red bean and butter too — so good.

TLDR: Please do yourself a favour and visit this bakery if you can! Must orders for me are the Salt Bread of White Truffle and Bean Paste Butter Sandwich (Version 2.0).

The ‘Salt bread of white truffle’ deserves a perfect score of 10 out of 10. The bread’s texture is remarkably soft and fluffy, and the harmonious blend of salt and truffle creates a delightful flavor. I couldn’t resist and ordered six of them, which my wife and I promptly devoured. I highly recommend trying it; you won’t be disappointed.

Such a unique bakery with real Truffle! There is always a line up because it's a small shop but also because they have great food! We got there before opening and there was a line up. Their truffle croissant sells out but we were able to try it and it was amazing! There is no place to sit and eat so you do have to eat it later. Staff are so friendly. They have a variety of pastries and sandwiches. A must-try in Japan.

Cute bakery tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. I arrive around 2:30pm and there wasn’t a long queue.

Purchased the salt bread of white truffle which was 👍👍 and also the egg sandwich with black truffle.

Located in a quiet residential area. No seating area, take-out only. The top three for the day was: croissant, egg sando, and white truffle shaped like a croissant. Yeah, the croissant is flaky, but the truffle favor croissant was the winner for me. You can get the croissants at Okachimachi Station. You’re welcome.

The best pastries I’ve ever had, hands down. My personal favourite was the überflaky cinnamon sugar roll! If you are in Tokyo, this bakery is very friendly and well worth the trek!

The truffle egg sandwich and salted truffle bun was soooooo delicious. If you’re not a truffle type of person, you may want to pass this bakery. My husand got the curry bun and he said it was just ok (curry wasn’t strong enough).

It’s just a shop so no where to sit and sadly they didn’t have coffee when I got there (if you want coffee, there is Monz Cafe about 7 min walk that was lovely).

Got a mushroom toast and a truffle egg sandwich and they were both great! This place opens early on Sunday which was nice.

I could not stop coming back to this place. I have only tried baguettes this good in Nantes, In France. Their truffle and egg sandwich was so good and addictive that it is almost dangerous 😂

門前仲町小有名氣但人不會太多的美味麵包店🥖
距離地鐵站約五分鐘路程，從店家外觀就能夠感受到用心，紅磚牆和麵包店非常搭且有質感，若沒下雨的話麵包香氣四溢
平日上午幾乎不用排隊(9點左右)，店內麵包排列整齊看起來很療癒又可口，店內最有名的是白松露奶油捲！真的是一定要來吃吃看，聽說連木村拓哉都超愛，松露味道濃郁加上奶油香氣無敵爆炸好吃，幸運遇到剛出爐熱騰騰的有夠讚，就算遇到出爐一陣子，涼的還是超好吃，這輩子沒吃過涼掉還那麼好吃的麵包！
店內其他麵包如巧克力麵包、肉桂捲、咖哩麵包、炸魚漢堡……等等全部都超好吃！
而且形狀還都超級可愛療育，只能說真的是色香味俱全的麵包，完全感受的到店家用心製作！
服務人員態度都很好，麵包架上也有英文翻譯不怕看不懂，結帳可以刷卡行動支付等，裝麵包的袋子同樣好看有質感👍
因為剛好住門前仲町站，6天買了三次，實在超愛這家麵包店，回臺灣還在想念那種🤤推薦到東京想吃麵包一定要來這家Truffle Bakery！

白トリュフの塩パン
1口食べてうまーっ❗と驚きました
たかがパンと侮ってましたすいません
家で電子レンジで軽くチンしただけでモチモチで良い香り、塩が良いアクセントになりトリュフ？の旨みと合わさって激うまです
でもやはり出来たてを食べてみたくなりますね

海藻バターのパン
海藻の旨みとバターの濃厚な旨味が合わさって美味い
バターがこぼれるほど入っているので注意ですね

生搾りクリームパン
たっぷり入ったフワフワの口溶け滑らかなクリームが濃厚まろやかで甘すぎず美味い
あっという間に口の中に熔けていくので、ひとり一個じゃ足りないです

パンオレザン
干しぶどうが沢山入った甘いパンですが甘さがしつこく無くカスタードクリームとラム酒？の香りと相まって美味いです

ツナとセサミドライトマトのタルティーヌ
トマトの軽い酸味とチーズの濃厚さとツナのサッパリ感とバゲットの硬めの食感が合わさっていい感じです
赤ワインに合いますね

シナモンシュガーロール
袋のまま電子レンジで軽くチン
表面のパリパリはそのままに内側のモチモチ具合とシナモンの美味しさと良い香りが押し寄せ美味い
甘過ぎないのが良いです
表面のつぶつぶシュガーの食感がいいアクセントになってます

バタークロワッサン
リベイクしました
表面がパリパリで中しっとりモチモチで食感が凄くいい
バターの風味もしっかりして濃厚で美味い

ホットドッグ
リベイクしました
ソーセージが太く大きく弾力が有り食べ応え抜群で美味い
パンは時間が経ったせいかちょっと硬かったので出来たてならもっと美味しいかもですね
値段は高めですがガッツリ食べたい時には
最適ですね

ドーナツは門前仲町本店では販売しておらず、東京駅のお店で売っているそうです

“白トリュフ塩パン”なる大ヒット商品を生み出した東京発のベーカリーです。中崎町にある関西1号店の大阪本店に行ってきました。
2023年6月オープンの大阪本店は、まだまだ行列の絶えないお店です。看板商品の白トリュフ塩パンのみ、2023/10/25時点で1人5個までの制限がありました。私は人気ツートップの「白トリュフの塩パン(248円)」「生ドーナツ(300円)」と「シナモンシュガーロール(430円)」を各1個づつと購入。パッと見は地味だけど、バターも塩もふんだんの塩パンはじめ各々気合の入っていました。ランキング外のシナモンロールもかなり美味しかったです。

祝日の午後1時頃お伺いしました。
数人並んでいましたが、すぐに店内に入ることができました。
ちょうど名物のトリュフ塩パンが焼きあがったところで、とっても良い香りに包まれ…焼き立ての塩パンは美味しすぎました。
絶対にまた行きます。
雨が降っていて、袋に雨避けのカバーをかけていただきました。接客も丁寧でした。

塩トリュフパンとバゲット(ハーフサイズ)を購入。
名物なだけあり、塩トリュフパンはとても良い香りで美味しかったです。温かいパンを渡されたので、歩きながら食べました。これはまた食べたい。
バゲットはハーフサイズを選べるのがとても良かったです。カットの仕方も真っ直ぐか斜めか選べました。こちらはまあ普通に美味しいパン屋さんのバゲットでした。
他のパンも食べてみたいです。

土曜日の朝9時すぎに到着。人が多かったら嫌だなぁと思っていたら誰もおらず拍子抜け。スムーズに購入出来て良かったかな。
トリュフ塩パンとたまごサンドを購入して、近くの公園でモーニング。
たまごサンドのパンが黒糖パンなのかな？ほんのり甘くて柔らかくて美味しかった。
もちろんサンドされたトリュフたまごサラダもトリュフの香りが凄くて大満足！
また東京行くことあれば他のパンも食べてみたいと思った。

近場だと有楽町駅構内にもありますが、平日はほとんど並ばずに購入できます。パンもとても美味しいです！

好友知道我愛吃麵包，尤其聽我說到這一款松露鹽可頌，特地去幫我排隊，再千里迢迢的從東京帶回來給我吃，根據他的描述：整個手提袋都是松露的味道，他當下吃也很滿意。我第二天放烤箱烤一下，味道很好，麵包很軟，很喜歡，有機會親自去，一定也要買幾個再帶幾個回來。
