Hotel Sunroute Chiba

Very good location as there is direct train from Narita airport to Chiba n once u r in Chiba, it’s walkable with big bag to the hotel for 5-7 mins. There is reasonable laundry machine in the hotel as well. You can save to bring your clothes if you plan for long stay.

Super close to chiba station on the way to the coast. Clean rooms and helpful staff that stored the luggage after checkout!

Had an excellent stay at this fantastic hotel and location.

Staff were kind and generous with help, including helping to make restaurant reservations.

Being connected to the train station was excellent in terms of food and services available for shopping and dining.

The slight downside is you have to pay for TV and they also provide adult channels though that could be to protect user’s privacy.

To enter and exit the hotel is simple if you’d like to have guests over without making too much of a fuss.

Great place to stay, it's practically next to Chiba main train station and the monorail. The rooms have everything you need including a trouser press, hair dryer, free shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, towels etc. You also have a fridge, kettle, TV, free night wear, so you don't need any PJ's. The room is small but has everything you need plus lots of freebies like toothbrushes and toothpaste, razor, face cloth, hair bands, chopsticks, and the usual complimentary coffee, teas, creamers etc. I would definitely recommend that you stay here for a central base, we love it!

We loved this hotel! Great customer service, very clean, and comfortable room. It has all the basics you need. It’s also right next to Chiba station which was very convenient. Staff is very friendly and nice.

This hotel is value for money. Situated at the West exit of Chiba station, it is strategic. While it is rated a 3-star hotel, the cleanliness is commendable. The bed is comfortable and has two types of pillows. The bathroom is clean and has amenities that includes toothbrush (and toothpaste), razor, cotton swab and wipes, body sponge as well as big bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and foam. Climate control is easy to operate, lighting and ambiance are pretty good. There's a safety deposit box, a reasonable area to hang clothes, tea and water heater, and in-room hepa filter. I like the yukata 😁

Great location connected to the train station. With shops, Sogo and restaurants near by. Nice room, we have a large room for 3 people with large bathroom and separate toilet room, standard rooms are probably smaller. Great breakfast.

My standard room was clean and cosy, with no smell and quiet
. Not big but good for one traveler. Staffs are nice.

Nice hotel in the heart of chiba. Train station is under the hotel without being disturbing,quiet and chilled for an nice price. Got too pay for parking witch if you don't use there recommendation is fairly cheap.

Great overall experience. Maybe not the best option for a romantic getaway. However, a basic Japanese hotel room well suited for business travel.

Fantastic hotel for the price. For 40EUR à night I got a double room with hot tub, great wifi in the room. The room itself is big and modern and has everything I need. There is a direct access from west exit of JR station to the 2nd floor of the hotel.
The only downside is that I need to take a lift to enter the hotel and another one to my floor and can not use the stairs

Excellent staff who helped me find places and they also printed maps for me. Very friendly and I really liked the breakfast. My room had high ceiling and the bathroom very modern. I would stay with Sunroute next time I need a hotel with everything! :)

Great location, right at and above the Chiba train station. Lots of food options just a short walk away.
