Guesthouse OYADO SAPPORO

I cannot be more thankful for my stay at the guesthouse, and as any other review will tell you, you come for the warmth of Yoshi. Always ready to have a fun chat or come with a good recommendation. Travelling alone for the first time, she somehow took my feeling of anxiety and changed it with the feeling of being at home, which I am truly thankful for. The amenities were really good and I never felt anything was lacking, so also a huge thumbs up for that!
For anyone needing a place to stay in Sapporo I highly recommend going here, and please buy a beer and have a chat with yoshi, the best host to ever have :).

The owner is very friendly. The breakfast was simple and nice. Although the hotel is abit further than the city but I think the great service offsets it

Facilities were good and clean.
downstairs is a common room where guests eat breakfast together and have the opportunity to interact (especially in the evening).
It's close to a subway station (8 minute walk) and several convenience stores.
A stay I can definitely recommend!

Yoshie is the best host I have ever met in Japan! Nice, kind and ready to help you in every way she can. Full of nice suggestions. The guest house is clean and cozy. Couldn’t ask for better!

This hostel is adorable and great value. Yoshie is a wonderful person and so much fun to talk to. Everything is clean, newly renovated and well set up. The bunk beds are set up like little capsules, with curtains at the 'door', and they have a good sense of privacy. Yoshie went out of her way to create a friendly social atmosphere and I had great conversations with other guests over beers and shaved ice. It's hot in the summer without air conditioning, but Yoshie set up fans and ice packs that made sleep comfortable. She is also a "foodie" and had really good recommendations for places to eat. If I return to Sapporo I'd like to come back here.

Great guesthouse for the price. It is more of a capsule hotel and the capsules don't have air-conditioning, so you have to sleep with a little fan in summer. It's not too bad. The host is very welcoming and nice and it's quite easy to get to the hostel by subway. Overall, good recommendation for budget-conscious travelers and probably better to stay there in cold months.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay very much! It was very clean and because each bed had curtains, its own powerpoint and USB plugs as well as a little USB light, it was very cozy. The host was also such a welcoming and friendly host who made us feel right at home. Staying here is also a great place to meet other people and chat in the common area. It is also quite close to multiple 7/11s as well as Minami-Hiragishi Station, which gives you easy access to the Susukino, Odori and Sapporo station, would definitely recommend to those who want to stay in Sapporo! (Especially considering the great price!!)

This is very cosy,peaceful and clean place. Beds are comfy. This hostel is close to subway station (650m), convenience store is just on the opposite site of the street.The host, Yoshie, is a wonderful lady who takes care of all guests. You have always free tea or coffee in the shared area 1F. Yoshie also offers a free breakfast to everyone. She will help you in every issue.
I can honestly recommend this place to stay in Sapporo!! Guesthouse Oyado Sapporo is a great choice!

First and foremost, Yoshi is amazing. She's super friendly and you can chat with her for hours. The atmosphere is just great and the Sapporo Classic beer on tap is makes it all even better.

The sleeping arrangements are similar to pods. Spacious and the beds are so comfortable. Best night sleep in Japan.

Location is good. Only a short walk from the station and the train takes you to most of the main stations in Sapporo including JR Pass stations.

It just so happened that I arrived on the 4th anniversary of the hostel so Yoshi was receiving many gifts from friends. She shared all of her snacks with the guests. She truly cares about this hostel and the people in it and that has just been "the cherry on the cake".

Genuinely friendly place to be. Yoshi is fantastic. I will always remember my time here.

Lovely, cheerful capsule hotel with all necessary amenities, at a reasonable price. Had a very pleasant experience there.

海外から訪れた方々と1階でみんなで話し合うことも。
たくさんの出会いがあり、今回訪れることが出来て本当によかったです。

한국말도 잘하시고 친절한 Yoshie씨와 그 친구분들 덕분에 잊지못할 즐거운 기억을 만들고 갑니다.
좋은 호텔에서 받는 서비스는 기분을 좋게 만들어주지만, 단지 그것 뿐입니다.
그러나 이곳의 사람들은 저를 친구로 여겨주고 존중해주기 때문에 기분이 좋아지는 것 이상으로 마음이 따뜻해집니다.
다시 삿포로에 간다면 주저없이 이곳에서 숙박할 것 입니다.

オーナーさんがフレンドリーで話していると楽しく明るい気分になります！宿泊しているゲストやご近所さんとお話できたのも良かった。立地は札幌駅からは少しありますが、最寄りの地下鉄があります。周辺に飲食店やカフェ、天神山公園等もあり比較的落ち着きつつ不便なく過ごせました。

奧田是個很熱心的美女姊姊～除了告訴我們札幌哪裡好玩和好吃的～還幫我們準備早餐，以及把我們做雪人的眼睛上妝變成咖啡色了～在這邊住五個晚上有美好的回憶！下次來札幌會繼續住，斜對面有7-11和自助洗衣～很便利～

とても過ごしやすく、ジ・アネゴスキンな女将がナウなサッポロを色々教えてくれます。バックパッカーも、推し活の方も是非。

ベッド、水回りなど設備が充実しています。一階のカフェスペースで宿泊者の方々と交流することができるのも良い点だと思いました！

宿泊は、してませんが、用事で通った時に買った焼き菓子が美味しかったので、たまに寄らせて貰ってます😊🌟👍
