3rd Battallion Dental Camp Foster

This place is awful!
I’ve been trying to come for a simple cleaning for months and when I make an appointment, I get a confirmation email but as soon as I show up for my appointment, it’s magically canceled or not it their system at all!!!
I show them my email that was sent to me from their office, to confirm my scheduled appointment and they make it sound like it’s my fault for not calling the day of to check if the doctor is there today! They even told to me that I didn’t book one in the first place!
They waisted my time twice, and tried to reschedule me for the third time 2 months out(since they are booked months ahead) but I denied since I’ve been stood up twice already!!!
This office is extremely unreliable, especially for the busy moms.
I will be looking for a dental office off base now… I won’t be coming there again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone…

I could never get a appointment, the front desk aways tell me to call every month, and if I am lucky I will get booked. I don't understand why they can't call me when appointments are available. Waiting 2 -3 months for a appointments is ridiculous. I would have to ask the Doctor's directly for appointments. They shouldn't have to be doing that.
