I've been to this place for a facial treatment several times now, and each visit has been wonderful. The service is top-notch, and she is incredibly patient and attentive when giving the treatment. She always takes the time to ensure I'm comfortable and well taken care of throughout the treatment. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a soothing and rejuvenating experience. I'll definitely be returning whenever I need another session!

My go-to salon for waxing! Julia is so professional, attentive and friendly. I feel comfortable during the waxing and even with my sensitive skin, I’ve never had any skin reactions post-treatment, which speaks volumes about her expertise. Julia is wonderful! I’ve started making monthly skincare appointments with her after how satisfied I was with my first experience. Her salon is private, one-on-one, and female only, so it’s easy to feel comfortable there. As a foreigner, it’s difficult to find English-speaking beauticians who offer quality services at a sustainable price, since many English-speaking businesses tend to cater towards tourists—but Julia is as genuine as they come! You definitely can’t find this quality of service and care anywhere else for this price!

I had a great experience for laser hair removal with Julia, she is very professional and nice, and she was kind enough to rescheduled my appointment and wait for me when the trains stopped and I couldn't make it in time. Highly recommended! She is professional and very knowledgeable. Always asks you exactly how you want the massage/treatment and if you are comfortable. The hot shells were incredibly relaxing and the facial was pampering and revitalising. It’s basically a full body programme so you’re getting a lot of value out of it. Her English is great so that’s very helpful for foreigners! And besides all that she’s such a kind person. Again, I highly recommend Julia!

My treatment was a Brazilian wax, although I’ve been waxing for 2 years now but before coming here every session was so painful and time consuming I always hesitated to go again.

Not only is Julia super serious about her work she also provides a very comfortable situation for the customer. Her hands are like magic! I have zero pain tolerance and not once was I uncomfortable while she helped me wax. When she knows that I had sensitive skin she was also more gentle and also applied gel to help me which was super considerate!!

Julia is very nice and professional. I had a Brazilian wax (Hollywood wax and skin care). This includes a very cooling mask for the skin in your intimate area. I honestly think this is the smoothest and most hydrated I have felt post Brazilian, so I am pleased. I will definitely be back!

Claudia (Julia) is such a personable individual who knows a great deal about different cultures as well as products. If asked, she'll share each step as you would like or adjust to your need for peace and relaxation. I wanted things explained to me as I am learning how to take care of my skin. Claudia kindly gave me tips and suggestions for my skin care needs. She is so accommodating and kind. I felt well-taken care of, and I appreciated the way that she helped me to learn more about self-care as well as what I could do when I return to my home country. Finally, it was great knowing that I could speak in English considering it is one of her many languages. Claudia is really hard-working, quality-driven and talented in what she does. She also made sure I was good to go before heading out. I know others will have a great time as much as I did. Thank you, Claudia, for your kindness and a great experience.

Hands down to the best facial that I have ever had. Claudia is a sweet and caring person and knows how to deliver the best result. I had an amazing relaxing day with her and after I came back my skin looks so much healthier and my pores are very smaller. I highly recommend her services! If I go back to Kyoto I’ll definitely visit her Spa again.
