It was a nightmare when I received the order I had placed online from Sonali. They sell low quality food which are about to expire. One of the food packages I received was ruptured and was sealed using adhesive tapes (attached picture). They knew that the pack was ruptured before posting, but were reckless to replace. Will never recommend anyone to buy from here again. When I emailed them the picture attached they didn't bother to respond.

ZERO STARS. I have been ordering with Sonali Halal Food since 2018. Yes they sometimes messed up my orders. This is especially when I ordered food over 6000-7000 yen. I still brushed it off. And stopped ordering unless there’s really something I cant find on normal physical stores. But today I received my order; and we also had a call yesterday. They told me there were some orders that are not in stock and cant be delivered next day. I said, that’s fine, just cancel them and send the ones you have. Because I work on the weekdays and there’s no one to pick up and PAY for the delivery. So I needed the food by Sunday.

When I got my delivery, some of the food were switched into a different brand, and I ordered BEEF YAKINIKU SLICE, but they gave me BONELESS BEEF.
I’m so sick of this company. I was surprised to see, it wasnt only me that was deceived. Astaghfirullah brothers. I hope Allah will guide your business to the right path. What goes around, comes back around.

This is the worst online service ever, Not only they mixed up and send me wrong items but also changed into cheaper brands. I choose this company because I wanted my spices in certain brand and they send me the law quality items and charged me the same.

This is my first and last order. I ordered a 1.7 kilo fresh chicken. They delivered a giant chicken that weight 3.4kilos and cost much much more. i could not even fit in the freezer. I called the company they offered to pay me the difference in my next order. Im not ordering from them again, I am so disappointed, 😞 to go through this just before Ramadan. You order one thing they bring another and without even informing you. So sad for us muslims to suffer from terrible services because Japan is not Halal friendly and most supermarkets do not cater to us. Our fate is in the hands of these terrible companies who think its ok to bring whatever just to make few bucks

Very bad experience for online shopping. I ordered 2 flavours of instant noodles, they called me and said "we have different brand" while what they meant was "different flavour". So it ended up they sent me different flavours which i dont need! When i complained, they insisted they already confirmed i was ok with different flavour.
Funny seller. It's their mistake but they never admitted. Even told me it was my mistake instead.
Also another story about beef i ordered, but nevermind. I could write 3 pages here.

They are taking fake orders.They will show items available in the site but after we order they will inform us that items are out of stock. We have same experience many times. We have ordered items to hold a party, and we did not receive the items until the evening of day before party. When we called they told that they didn’t send items because some items not available. Even they didn’t inform us. Very very irresponsible people can’t be trusted....

Horrible experience. Placed an online order, didn’t receive all the items. Called them multiple times but they kept saying they will investigate and get back to me but never did. I’m talking ¥1500-2000 worth of goods not delivered. Avoid at all costs!! Scammers!!

They did eventually send the goods but the whole process was really exhausting

Never do business with them!
They cancelled our order with out any intimation. When we enquired about the order as it was not arrived even after the delivery time, they informed that the order was cancelled! Really unethical. Never trust them!
