以前はヨガに夢中になっていましたが
膝を痛めて出来なくなって落ち込んでいました。水中ウォーキングなら膝への負担が少ないと思い中村校へ通い出しました。早いものでもう６年になります。
インストラクターの先生方も皆さん優しいし、お友達もできプールへ通うのが楽しみです。中には８０代の方もいらっしゃって私も頑張らなくちゃと思っています。

今は武漢ウィルス(covid19)対策で、マスク着用や体温測定、座席を空ける等の対策をとっています。
先生方も透明のプール用マスク？を使用されています。
