Conveniently located close to Narita airport. Provides free shuttle service to the terminals. Japanese hospitality at its best. Will be back again

I had the smoking floor. Hallways smelled of smoke, but rooms were not.

This place has everything you need: shampoo, body wash , conditioner, toothbrush , shaver , razor , comb , hair dryer , hot water dispenser , luggage rack , small refrigerator , small closet, shoe horn, TV(didn’t use), yukata, slippers …etc etc etc
Compared to the popular Business hotels, this place has that old school charm.
I would definitely stay again.

1000 yen breakfast spread looks great, but I did not partake.

JR and Keisen Train 5-10 min walk
Lots of amazing restaurants , wine/sake/tapas restaurant, izakaya , Italian, sushi, local desserts, etc etc

15 min walk to famous temples and sights

Good price with a lot of free amenities including free shuttle to the airport

Only stayed a night and was happy to find it open quiet late during the evening. Got a good sleep and started the next day with the nice breakfast they offer for ¥1000.

Aside from this place is close to Train station, keisei line ( we always use) and JR narita the staff are approachable and are kind. Till next time! 😊

It's near the station, making it easily accessible. The room ammenties are all in perfect working condition, hot water comes out really quickly. Their customer service was very helpful, and the free transport to the airport was a beautiful touch. Recommended :)

Absolutely amazing. For the price you get more than most Tokyo hotels offer. Our bathroom was like a sauna, the most comfortable bed, great sized tv. Spacious rooms. Very polite and helpful staff.

The staff was extremely friendly and polite with helping me figure out my room reservations for checking in and then later checking out. The place was also very clean and I saw no signs of immediate damage to the property either. Like chipped paint etc. The morning breakfast option was also very nice there.

Great price, service, and staff. Rooms lceaned very well every day. Staff is very polite and excellent at providing service! They try very hard to help accommodate with directions and more. Free umbrellas to use on rainy days, they just ask that you return them. I'm very impressed and will stay again in the future. A big thank you to the staff at Narita U-city Hotel.

I stayed one night after flying to Narita. My schedule had changed several times due to hurricane and strict COVID-19 rules by the government. Though, the hotel staffs flexibly responded to the changes and accommodated us. I’d like to thank to the staffs for their customer services. This level of customer services may not be available from major-chain hotels or reservation web sites. I had another night before flying out of Narita.

My favorite place to stay coming from the airport. The rooms are nice and I love their breakfast buffet. It's located at Narita Station and there is an older town quarter nearby with nice bars and restaurants.

Great location to local bus n train stations. Food, including a McDonald's within walking distance. 15mins by public bus to AEON mall. Ample taxis. And an authentic massage place across the road. Perfect layover stop.

The place is very beautiful and you can buy Disneyland tickets there convenience store restaurants all have it nice 😊

Great hotel is. opposite Side to Keisei narita station....bus terminal to aeon mall.every 16minutes.

It's Is a good value for the money, if only the first shuttle bus was before 7... But it's so conveniently near Narita station!
