三重県津市栗真町屋に有る真宗大谷派の寺院です。
国道２３号線の三重大学前から伊勢街道に入り、名残松・道標・常夜燈の所で右側の道に入って直進した所に有ります。

道沿いに駐車場が有り、駐車場奥に山門が有ります。
山門、本堂は歴史が有りそうな感じ。境内の東側に少し高くなったところに鐘楼堂が有ります。鐘楼堂は最近改修されており、寄進者の名前が本堂脇に掲示されています。
本堂裏は墓地となっています。他に、寺の南にも広い墓地を持っている様です。
又、境内は一時避難場所にも指定されています。
