Good price and easy to rent. Highly recommend. The staff are really niceee

Great experience. Picked up from airport, took 5 min to finish all paperwork and we where in the way. Same with return process, just took 5 min and they dropped is back at airport.

If you are renting a car, I'll recommend trying here. The car was good it had 24k milage recorded. Came with snow tiers and ETC card (it cost me 12k JPY For 3 days in tolls).

I'll come back for sure because of the reasonable pricing and good experience.

Call them for pick up at airport, just need to wait 5-10minutes. About 10 minutes to rental company. Car odo ~25000km, in good condition, staffs can speak English, the rental process is smooth. No need to refill on return. Snow tyres equipped. The only drawback is they don't have highway Pass.

새로 생긴것 같다. tocoo 사이트를 통해 한국에서 예약했는데, 여러 할인프로모션이 많아 이곳을 이용했다. 공항도착해서 송영버스타고 계약서 잘 쓰고 차량 인수받아 4박5일간 잘 이용하고 반납하였다. ETC카드는 이곳에서 무료로 대여해준다. 일본어 전혀 못하는데, 몇몇 영어단어 조합과 바디랭귀지로 예약부터 이용 반납까지 잘 했다. 친절하다.

I have used their services 3 times in 2 years, for a cumulated rental period of 47 days.
The TL;DR : if you only care about the price then don't think twice and go with them.

However the more I use their services the more i find myself baffled by their customer Service. I know tourists catering rentals have been having a rough couple of years but still.
The first time they didn't understand my pickup request and I had to bring all my camping stuff on the train.
The second time the return address couldn't be found on the gps provided or on Google maps. We found them by chance..
The third time I had to perform some basic maintenance of the rental ( headlight bulb) and they decided they wouldn't reimburse me.
Granted they also went out of their way to accommodate me the 3rd time by offering free pickup and return right at my place.
Still it's the randomness of the answers you get that's baffling.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They stole my money.

I made a booking with them but accidentally booked the wrong vehicle. They told me they didn't have my credit card info and the order was not complete. I tried to change my order but they wouldn't change it until I cancelled my other one formally using their cancellation form. So I cancelled the old one but they kept saying i hasn't filled out their cancellation form even though I had. They also refused to change the reservation when communicating directly with them by either phone or email. I gave up trying to book with them after having a Japanese friend call them twice to talk to them about reserving the car that I actually wanted or cancelling the reservation altogether. My Japanese friend basically ended up telling me to not rent a car from them because they were so difficult over the phone and she also got no where with them. Since they said that my original booking was not complete, I assumed they did not have my credit card and after trying numerous times to change or cancel the order I moved on.

Three months later they charged my credit card twice. After saying I had never completed one order with a credit card. They also said they would continue to go through with it even though they directly communicated with me about not wanting a vehicle from them months before. Luckily only one charge went through.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had by a mile. Do not book with this company.
