Outstanding place to shop if you have a government ID card. Large selections with 2 floors of shopping with 8 facilities to get food and dessert. Vendors on the first floor and Military Car Sales on site.
One of best BX facilities around.

Aside from the food court being the Kadena middle school playground, hot as blazes even in the "winter" and the bathroom always out of order it's a welcome amenity.

Great selection of american-sized clothing. One of the only spots on island I can actually find clothes that fit me.

They always have different local vendors with some interesting merchandise and if you are a Nightmare before Christmas fan they bring nice things in October. I really enjoy passing by.

I went to the stylique hair salon, for full highlights and toner. I went from a level 9 blonde to honey brown in AK before coming to Okinawa. I scheduled with no problem within the same week I walked in and they did an amazing job. Great service, passionate staff and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you Ayu and staff for the quality service, my hair looks great and I look forward to my next visit.

Has just about every souvenir you can think of and then quite a few you couldnt think of.

HAIR STYLIST hours are 0900-1900 every day including Saturdays and Sundays, and if you go, make sure you get your hair cut by the fashionable Japanese man with the colorful hair, don't even know his name but this is the best haircut and barber experience I've ever had; fast, formal, friendly, efficient, and not to mention my cut is fresh AF!! 10/10 will get haircut again

This place was awesome!! Lots of shopping to be done, and has an actual Bath and Body works store. The BX is MUCH better than the one at Yokota.. 10 fold. I was finally able to get my new boots thanks to the patriot store!

The food options were just meh, but thats the same at every base.

Selection of items has improved especially for supplements.

Definitely one of the larger BXs I've been to. Lots of stores to check out if you're looking to bring home some Okinawan themed souvenirs for your friends/family/home.

The prices here are very good and comparable to what you can find out in town. If you keep an eye out you will run into savings through sales like what I found this week.

Lots of construction going on which I believe they're expanding the upper floors looks very good. Still stock is a little thin but they really have nice clean displays all the pictures are always courteous all in all I would give them five stars Plus.

Everyone is helpful and huge selection of everything you could need.

Huge Exchange with great prices. I used to do all of my Christmas shopping here and even when busy, they always do a great job of keeping the lines moving.

The supervisor Ty of the jewelry area is Absolutely amazing!!! I had an issue with some rings that I ordered online that were onsale. The customer service (not the in store one) was not going to help me with the price match!! Ty did a cancel of my order online and rung me up in the store with the sale price!! It was the right thing to do and he knew that. I'm very grateful he was there that day!! ...Or the 5 stars would have been 1!! Someone should give this man a raise!!!!

Outstanding facility, well arranged flow. Food court offers a nice variety of food items. Concession shops offer a wide variety of goods.
Most of the time I can get what I'm looking for. If not i can just order it and delivered to my mailbox or directly to the store location you choose.
