開拓の村にある旧浦河市庁舎。
ピンク色の外観が印象的で中にも当時の日用品などが展示されています。
「ゴールデンカムイ」の聖地で外観と入り口の内装は家永の札幌世界ホテル、部屋はエディの家の内装のモデル。エディと親分が乗っていた自動車も展示されています。

大正時代に実際に使われていた浦河支庁の庁舎
浦河から移築されて支庁長の部屋など当時の面影を感じる事が出来る貴重な建物です。

ピンク色がやさしい外観の、石造り風の木造建築です。

大正の実物の建物で、浦河町から移設されました。

各部が洋館の設計で、館内から観覧できます。

館内はミニ博物館となっており、明治、大正、昭和で使用された日用品や馬車、人力舎、広告などが展示されています。

木造でデザインだけ石造りにした理由は、以前の建物が火事で焼失したため、防火目的で石材を採用したくも実現しなかったためです。
