Narita Airport Terminal 2

One of the best terminals. Very friendly Airport staff.

I’m not an expert to rate an airport but this is japan you’ll always get help. Airport staff work exceptionally well. I respect the Japanese people.

Very nice International air port

It’s an old airport but everything is very systematic, clean, and some booths are high-tech for the self check-in airlines.

Didn't think it was too impressive upon arrival, but when departing, it looked completely different and enormous. Never saw so much reasonably priced food and different souvenir items at an airport before. The staff I encountered were also very kind and helpful.
Also, thankfully there's a pet relief area for your dog at the very end of the passenger pickup.

Even though it's far from Tokyo, the facilities in international National are of very high standards. The luggage handing there is exceptionally great. Even they place the check-in luggages in the conveyor belt very carefully in right position, keeping a distance with other luggages etc.

Well maintained airport, super friendly staff, dot clean washroom always ready for you.

Parking is available in arrival & departure, but depending upon your usage like if you want to just drop it pick better to just go to normal car lane & drop or pick someone.

For long parking better to use outside parking space which is economical than airport parking.

For other terminals well connectedshuttle bus service is there.

For T3 which is mainly LCC, you can go by walk on beautiful track.

Narita Airport Terminal 2. The gate 99 is long way to walk.

Great airport, it is very beautiful and has a train system that runs all the way to Tokyo. There is also a lot of help for tourist that do not know Japanese in case anything is needed.

Great airport. Staff are friendly. When we arrived the cue was long but airport staff open additional counter to make the process smoother and faster. There's a general prayer room which for me very useful especially for muslim travelers since the journey from the airport to Tokyo can take around 1 hour.
Staff at the bus ticketing counter also very knowledgeable and able to advice you where is the best station you need to stop that nearest to your hotel or AirBNB.

Very organized and clean. Easy to get from one point to the other. Shops are strategically located too!
