good service, car was ready for us when we arrived the counter at the early morning, then staff lead us to the opposite parking to get our car, the whole process took about 15 mins.

Please beware this is not the car returning place. The actual place to return is about 3 km away and not marked on Google map.

レンタカー各社のカウンターがまとまっています。

車の返却時に満タン返しをするように言われていますが、渡されるクルマのガソリン量は満タンではありません。その旨を返却時にスタッフの方にお伝えしましたがなにも対応はしてもらえません。スタッフの方々の応対はとても親切ですがシステムに問題があります。自分の考える使用量で給油するのが自衛策になりそうです。

Booked an aqua or similar model but they gave me a Honda fit. I told them to change my model. But they charge the same price. I got no choice but to rent and pay anyway. If you don’t the the car, you shouldn’t allow booking in the first place.

I had never experienced this type of car rental service before. The flight arrived an hour early, we have to wait almost an hour to get the car since the booking was made at that time. By that time, still not able to provide the car to us. Strongly suggest not use this company for car rental service.
