Nissan Rent a Car

Customer service was great. Nissan should consider renting ETC card imo, it'll make tourist life easier. Rented a Nissan Dayz, car's new, but it has odour in it. Good experience but not a great one.

Showed up without a booking, rented a car on the spot for a 24 hour period in the space of 5 minutes. Very helpful team with the best spoken english I have come across here. Would highly recommend.

Perfect service. I was allowed to pick the car up in a small village near our hotel and drop it off near a train station, which made travel a lot faster. Good car, no problems whatsoever

Thought I made a booking at a car rental company but when I arrived in Odawara, I couldn’t find the confirmation mail. Didn’t know which company I booked online so I checked all rental companies at Odawara station. The lady at Nissan rent a car was very helpfull and i could rent a car that was just returned. This was a few days before golden week. They really saved our stay at Hakone. Due to rain we only had one day but we will defintely will return and will definetly book at Nissan Rent a Car again.

Rented a car through online reservation. Flight was delayed and dropped an email to inform them. Reply was fast and it was rearranged. It has been easy to find. Just right outside Odawara station exit.
Rented an Xtrail. Car was clean. Comes with English GPS, input phone number of destination for back, but I prefer Google map.
Drove through Hakone, Gotemba and Fuji area and back. Will rent again for the good service.

Booked car online. Some language barriers getting everything together, but staff were very friendly and helpful

息子の引っ越しで初運転に利用させて頂きました。地域事も親切に教えて頂き、お値段は当日返却出来なかったので延長入れて（16:〜翌12:）保険フル装備、ガソリン代入れても2万円全然行きませんでした。また利用させて頂き地位です。

전화나 인터넷으로는 다른 어느 업체에서도 렌터카를 구하지 못해고, 혹시나 하는 마음으로 당일 방문했습니다. 우리가 원했던 작은 사이즈는 아니었으나, 다행히 렌트카가 있었습니다. 친절했습니다. 덕분에 편안히 여행했습니다. 감사합니다.

Als mir andere Autovermietung kein Auto vermieten wollte mit meinem rosa Lappen, trotz richriger Übersetzung,sogar behauptet wurde das würde in Japan ohne den Plastik Lappen nicht möglich.
bin ich zufällig bei diesem gelandet.
Alles bestens, war auf so was wie mich bestens eingestellt hatte auch alle Regeln noch mal erklären, top

順番が来た後はスムーズに対応してもらえました。返す時もかんたんに？チェックされただけで時間も短かったです。観光地のせいか外国人の利用者がいたので待たされました。店内は狭いため外で待つことになってしまいましたが仕方ないですね。
