This Regal store has great range, reasonable prices and really helpful, attentive staff.
Staff member named Ochiai in particular, really took the time to help my husband find the perfect style and perfect fit. He was super knowledgeable about the range available and gave us tips on how to understand the perfect fit when it comes to formal/dress shoes. Highly recommend!

電話での問い合わせの対応がとても良く「来店して頂くと更にご案内致します」と提案され行ってみたところ、丁寧な対応に驚き、持参の靴2足ともこちらの希望に合わせ、またメンテの提案もあり綺麗にして頂きとても気持ちの良い対応でした。
