Ocean Lounge

On the second floor of Hilton Odawara Resort & Spa. The place is spacious with tables, sofas. Seatings by the windows offer mountain view. There are books, coffee machine, small fridge stocked up with water, soft drink during the day - it is closed by 9pm. Between 3:4:30pm is sweet treat, and 5-7pm happy hour with open bar and light snack for gold and diamond Hilton members.

Good Service . Staff is always friendly and willing to help you out in any way. Things are served very quickly

客室は古い感じだが広い。リゾートらしくここで全て完結する。プールも良かった。露天風呂も良かったが、ぬるめかな。

空いてますので、混雑が苦手な方にはこちらが良いかも

利用される方が多くないので落ち着けます。以前UCCのマシーンでしたが、ネスプレッソマシンに変わってます。初めて使うマシーンだったので、ちょっとドキドキしました。美味しいラテをいただきました。カクテルタイムは、冷製のつまみプレート。

I’ve never seen a lounge where families just bring in small children during happy hour and evenings and leave them to cry and run around while the parents ignore them and drink. Also our family was told that lounge access was limited to two people and so our teenage daughter would have to pay for access and yet I see couples coming in with two or even three small children and there are no hotel employees here to actually maintain the rules. I expect a club lounge to be better regulated, not be a day care center filled with thoughtless people. I am a Diamond member so it didn’t cost me anything, but would have been furious if I had paid extra for lounge access. I don’t think I’ve ever been around less considerate Japanese people, and this is not a cheap hotel.
