Excellent herb breads in a quaint shop!

I took 3 breadrolls to go and I wish I had taken more. Each one was beautifully crusty on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The flavours of specifically the gorgonzola, walnut honey roll were divine!

Best bakery we have found on our 2 week trip. Please do visit! The dining area upstairs is beautiful, order your coffee upstairs. Also has an additional menu of quiche& sandwiches. Loved it.

I've read some of the reviews here and surprised to find no one commented on the beautiful decor, not even the Japanese visitors! I happen to be visting the area when this building was being built, and visited again after it was completed. This entire building has not a single nail! Its walls are made of mud/straw in the old way and the beams, windows, furnitures, everything in it has not a single nail. The wood carvings on the steps of the stairs show the degree of meticulousness that went into this and most everything inside this building. The tables and chairs are of unique design, done by local artists. The tea cups are in the shape of a leaf. I can go on and on about this wonderful place!

Excellent pastries and sandwiches, and great atmosphere upstairs.

This place has very good bread!! I really enjoyed all the kinds I purchased, which is not something i say for most bakeries in Japan. The chocolate milk bread especially was just the right amount of chocolate.

大納言
パンの割れ目に大粒大納言小豆の蒸したんがゴロゴロの見た目インパクトに引き込まれました👀
温めてもパン生地はさくさく、大納言はホクホク、甘さ控えめでおいしいです😋

バジルパン
やはり２つ割れのパン。生地はすんごいバジル感。間に垂らされたチーズの濃さが、バジルと相まっておいしいです😋

ナッツのタルト
さくさくのタルト生地。見た目同様フィリングにもたーくさんのナッツが埋もれてあり、これは大満足😋焼き加減もほんのり焦げ目で香りよくおいしいです😋

ショコラ
ニッコニコのパリパリ生地の中にしっとりチョコレート。しかもカカオ感凄いです😋

オレンジショコラ
やわらか生地にすんごいオレンジ感🍊いつまでも香りが残っていい感じ😋中には、ショコラパンよりビターなチョコレートが入っており、オレンジ風味と相まっておいしいです😋

くるみパン
めちゃ硬い🦷⚡でもほんのり全体に香るくるみの風味と、カリッと当たるくるみがさらに食感アップの美味しさアップです😋

朝7:30から営業してるということで早起きして焼き立てパンを食べるの楽しみにしてました。
口コミ人気のこちらを訪問。

オリーブ&チーズのパンがすごく美味しかったです。
窯で焼いてるかのような香ばしさがありました。
小麦の味も感じられて、外パリッと、中フワッと。
味付けも完璧。
近所なら毎朝行きたいハイクオリティなパン屋さんでした。

落ち着ける空間でついつい長居しました。

ドリンクも本格的で今回は、和紅茶べにふうきの夏摘みをミルクティーで注文しました。

ミルクの代わりに生クリームが付いてきたのでひきましたが(笑)、牛乳に変えていただけました。

立地、営業時間、ハード系のパン、全部最高です。

レジはタイミングによっては結構待ちますが、それくらい待ちましょう。調べたらわかりますが、パン屋さんは無限にあるわけではありませんし、目に見えない苦労をされて営業をされているはずですから、タイミングくらいで待つのは仕方ありません。パンの対価がお金なら、店側の見えない作業の対価は待つことだと思っています。

私が次に行けるのはいつでしょうか…営業が大変な日や、体調がすぐれない日もあるとは存じますが、またうかがえる日を楽しみにしております。

ホテルから近くまた朝7時30分から開いていた為、朝食にパンを購入しました。値段は、200円や250円と手頃。メロンパンが特に美味しかったです。

ライ麦入りカンパーニュ。香り良く、皮はこんがりして、中身も適度な膨らみでしっとり美味しい。
持ち帰って、温め直して食べましたが風味が良かったです。
販売のパンについては、高いとは感じないです。

夕方に行ったのでお目当てのバゲット🥖はありませんでしたが、写真のフォカッチャもその他のパンも全部美味しくて旅行中毎日買いに行きました。
