Great location due to its close proximity to the JR station.
Room is very big and windows are able to open fully (Great for winter).

Recommend to get the room facing away from the train station instead or else you will hear the noise from the station till midnight.

Outstanding breakfast. In an awesome part of town lots of stuff going on around it. Rooms are good the staff is good, nice place to stay

This is a very affordable 3 star hotel for a solo traveler in Narita Japan. It is sandwiched between two Narita Train station, just one stop away from the Narita Airport by either train. Very good hotel for a short stay.

If you have a early flight fron Narita, I recomend this.

Perfectly located for access to two train lines to Narita Airport, the hotel has well kept rooms on the smallish side. But it will certainly do for a night or two, and the area around the hotel has plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. As an added bonus, there are some nice views to be had as well!

Super close to both the JR and Keisei Line. It takes 75-100 minutes to get from Narita to hotels in Tokyo so it’s a perfect place to stay after a long flight. The hotel is just 10 minutes from the airport by JR. And the city of Narita is a mini destination in itself and not to be missed.

Had a great dinner after a long day of travel. Many of the local smaller restaurants were quite full, and we were able to quickly and easily get a table at the hotel restaurant. Food was buffet style, but still great variety and quality, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, even by Japanese standards.

Getting to the hotel via narita airport is easy. Free shuttle bus. The receptionists are very nice and knew their English well. The room was well equipped. Had a fancy toilet, had all necessary toiletries but small sized washroom. The bed was very comfortable and had provided slippers and pajamas. Free Wi-Fi and cable. Near to restaurants. Would recommend.

This is a nice hotel in a great location, just steps from the railroad station (and one stop from Narita airport). The walk down to the historical temple at the bottom of the hill is pleasant -- and a great place to have a good meal.
The service at the hotel is fantastic, especially given the general price range. I forgot an electric toothbrush in my room when I visited a few weeks ago. When I wrote to the hotel, one of their employees (Hiroko Saito) found my toothbrush for me, took my credit card information, and went to the post office to send it to me. My toothbrush was delivered to my home before I returned from my trip.

Stayed here for a night as stop over before heading to Shinjuku the next day. Perfect place to rest as your exit Narita airport. Just 2 stop away from the local line from airport. Staff were friendly and English speaking. Breakfast is perfect mix of Japanese and western buffet cuisine.

The location itself is a winner, near both Kesei and JR Train stations, which hook you up to eventually anywhere else in Japan, and well within walking distance from Aeon Supermarket. Friendly staff, great service, old but neat and tidy rooms. Laundry room on the 4th floor, the buffet is pretty good, lots of variety and at a good price.

Hotel is fine, but request tower room. Central location, 2 min walk to either stations. For value for money, no complaints. Front Desk Staff are friendly, and if ask nicely, you can get a free drink at the bar.

Nice to stay here with good service and free airport transfer. The room is clean and wide. There are Lawson open 24H in front of the hotel, so you can get some food anytime you want.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom. They had a fridge, water heater, one of those toilets with all sorts of buttons, a tv, and continental breakfast was good with lots of options. Its also conveniently close to many places: across the street theres a station, ice cream and soda vending machines, and directly across is a convenience store with lots of food. Down the street a mcdonalds. Even further down a temple you can explore. Around the corner from the hotel was many food places like a ramen stall. Its operated through vending machine and the chef prepares it and puts it infront of you. Hotel staff can speak english and there is a shuttle as well.

Hotel is not aestheticaly current but its comfortable and spacious. It is a very good location for sightseeing, eating, trains and buses. As a foreigner There is a high level of english speaking staff.

One of the hotels to isolate yourself after arrive to Japan.
The room is clean just like the other business hotels.
It has limited parking lot in the basement.

So convenient for JR station, easy to get to airport and all the attractions of Narita walking distance.

Rooms are standard. Amenities are complete. Very close to the Narita Station. Staff are helpful. The buffet breakfast is sumptuous.

Same than the previous hotel "Mercure". Room was clean and staff always kind. And nice place near the JR and Kesei narita station. Only 5 minutes by walk.
