Royal Pines Hotel Urawa

I really like the Xmas decorations and spacious setup at this hotel. High ceiling lobby and spacious foyer making the check in experience quite a pleasant one, especially when driving. There are plenty of parking space at underground carpark.

The room is above average size and at very reasonable cost.

Spacious rooms with basic amenities at walkable distance from Urawa station… many restaurants nearby and less crowded ambiance compared hotels in Tokyo or Omiya… much recommended if you want spacious rooms at reasonable price in Saitama

8 min walk from station. Nice and comfortable rooms, well trained and smiling staff. Breakfast is bit pricy.

My husband and I stayed at the Royal Pines Hotel on a business trip. We truly enjoyed our stay here, the location was great with shopping in the area. The breakfast at the adjoining restaurant is our favorite breakfast buffet so far. The staff at Royal Pines were very kind and helpful and went out of their way to help us solve booking situations. The hotel was very clean.

There was a wait on the weekend day we went, but were able to get in on the standby list. I'd recommend reservations. For was excellent and it is rather classy. The price is reasonable for what you get.

Good experience, staff is very polite, room was clean, had a nice view of the city. The hotel is near a lot of good restaurants and the breakfast food is pretty good as well.

Large clean soundproofed rooms. Extremely friendly staff. Several restaurants and located close to many small eateries , bars and shops.

The room and restroom was clean. The breakfast buffet was great. The location was convenient.

Fancy and comfortable! Excellent place to stay overnight or during an entire week. Highly recommend.
