今は分からないけどとてもいい先生ばっかだった！すごい好きだった学校！

通常時はどこにでもある市立小学校。
この学校で特徴のある点は、校庭の一部が災害発生時にヘリポートとして使用されることがあらかじめ決まっている点だろう。地震災害発生時には重要な拠点となる。
一方、水害発生時の避難には宜しくない。ハザードマップで床下浸水の恐れありと指定されている範囲に近すぎる。
有事の際には少し距離はあるが瓦葺小学校に向かうべき。間違っても綾瀬川の隣にある瓦葺中学校に向かってはいけない。
