The staff were super nice and polite. Extremely helpful!
I promise you, the bad reviews probably come from American travelers. They are a plague there. They're entitled and don't have any respect so of course they never appreciate anything. But, me and my friend hired our car from here and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. They gave us tips for the route and let us know about toll costs etc. We only hired a small car, but it ran perfectly. Highly recommend.
I'm terrible with directions, so I kept going around in circles until the petrol went slightly below full and the staff just chuckled about it and told me not to worry about it even after I insisted on paying the fee. So kind of them.
I even accidentally forgot my umbrella in the car when I returned it. I went back to the shop after they closed (just after so there were staff still closing up) to ask if they can help me find it. Turned out that the car had already been moved to an offsite parking lot. One of the mechanics "ran" (RAN) to the lot to get the umbrella for me!
I felt so guilty! Thank you Nissan!

ボタン多めの新しい車を手配されたので操作方法が全くわからずでしたが、近くにいらしたスタッフさんが細かい部分まで丁寧にわかりやすく教えてくださり大変助かりました！
知識が豊富で頼れるスタッフさんがいらっしゃるんだなと安心できました。
またレンタカーを使う機会がありましたらこちらにお願いしたいです。

事前のチェックインが便利でした！
車内に貴重品の忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、電話で連絡をいただき、予約済の新幹線に間に合うよう新潟駅南口の方まで届けてくださいました。本当に助かりました。

駅からちょっと歩きますが、対応が良い

一方通行の道路を挟んで両側に敷地があり、返却のときには遠回りしなくても車を返せます。
複数のスタッフがおり、貸し出しも返却も速やかにできます。

道路一本隔てて同じ位置に、赤字に白抜き文字のとても名前の似たレンタカーショップがあるので要注意です。

2日連続で利用
サンルート新潟の隣で便利です。
忘れ物を見つけてもらいました。感謝です

店員さんが親切丁寧。新潟のレンタカー屋さんはここ一択です。ここ以外あり得ません。
