Skyliner & Keisei Information Center

The Skyliner Limited Express is the fastest and most inexpensive train service option between the airport and downtown Tokyo. Information Center staff with limited English patiently explained to us the routes and helped us to get the tickets to the Narita Airport. You can choose the seats shown on the ticket. The seats are very comfortable with big leg space but the luggage compartment has limited space so having huge pieces of luggage can be a problem. The train was clean and well-maintained. Views from the glass windows were great. The ride was relaxing and pleasant. Overall, the experience was awesome. I am amazed at the efficient and well-regulated railway service.

We took the Skyliner from Narita Airport all the way to Nippori to reach our hotel, APA, a well-known hotel chain in Japan. The process of purchasing tickets at the airport was incredibly easy.

They have a ticket office, where you can book your train to your desired location. It was a breeze. Prices are very reasonable, ranging from 25 USD per person, which we booked in advance from an app called Klook.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the seats were very comfortable. This was our first experience on a japan train, and it left us with a very positive impression. Riding the train was incredibly easy and convenient. Everything was well-organized, making it easy to find our seats and know our location. There are designated areas inside the train to safely stow your luggage, so you don't need to worry about finding space.

Terrible website and naming of lines creates utter confusion. In short, if you fly into narita and want to get to Asakusa cheaply and efficiently, you want "access express" also called "sky access express" or "keisei access express" bound for haneda. Costs ten bucks and takes an hour.

Access express also has trains that fork off and go to ueno, rather than asakusa, so beware. Skyliner is an expensive fast moving train that goes to ueno, from which you can switch to JR. Limited express is a misnomer for a slower moving train to Ueno. Confused? Not the staff's fault. Terrible naming system.

購票效率很好, 有排隊人潮但不需久候, Skyliner是往返東京上野與成田國際機場之間的特急列車, 從成田機場到東京市中心只需36分鐘, 方便快速, 座位空間寬敞, 還有自動販賣機可購買茶水或飲料, 很棒的乘車體驗~~

服務台有兩個，第一次來的很容易搞混，如果你是要兌換qrcode 車票，請往英文很長的那個服務台，他會問你班次可不可以，然後印票給你，你在持票券過站尋找乘車處就好，car上的車號才是你要搭乘的車，前面寫的是列車編號，不要搞混喔

從機場出來就有很明確的指示可以搭skyline，速度很快車上也可以充電，可以好好在這個旅程整理行程，記得要跑對月台，這裡月台有好多不同支線，看清楚班次比較重要，上車後行李前後都有放置空間，24-30吋都可以放進去，但一個車廂的數量不多，記得要排好隊比較好。日本交通指引不會太難懂。取票方式也很簡單，櫃檯機器按一按掃一下號碼就好，印出來的也很多，要特別注意的是下車後因為出站位置關係轉換月台的時候需要補票，沒辦法直接進JR 當然也可以繞路，就看自己的選擇。
如果需要換JR 72小時卷的人，還是需要進去才能換到車票。因為我們不是在上野換站是在日暮里，選擇這個站的原因是比較能夠快速到東京車站。換站走也距離比較短。

一般正常來說到上野換站就不會遇到我們這個問題。

星期日朝早八點，服務中心得一個職員，遊客亦都唔多，用咗大約10分鐘同佢查詢及購買車票，然後揀位，就可以去月台等候Skyliner列車，前往上野，然後再轉乘地鐵去需要嘅目的地。

At 8 o'clock on Sunday morning, there was only one officer in the service center, and there were not many tourists. It took about 10 minutes to check with her and buy tickets, and then choose a seat. Finally, you can go to the platform to wait for the Skyliner train, go to Ueno, and then transfer Subway to go to the desired destination.

有明確指示，可以搭skyline往返成田機場以及東京。
車速快，節省很多時間。
第五節車廂有廁所（也會用中文廣播說明）。

雖從京成上野出發，要到成田機場，兩處的月台，仍有很多不同支線的告示，建議不熟悉東京地鐵的朋友，出發前還是要上網看地圖，做做功課。

很快就能到市區，用klook 買票很方便

海外から帰国したばかりで切符の買い方もわからず、特急券だけを購入してゲートを通る事が出来ませんでした。カウンターにいた方がわざわざ出て来て切符を買い足すのを手伝って下さり、先に買ってしまった特急券の発車時刻にギリギリ間に合いました！耳の良く聞こえない私に最後まで優しく道案内もしてくださり、本当に助かりました。ありがとうございました！

昨天因為自己的疏失不小心把行李忘在skyliner上。
站務員聽了我的狀況之後得知我的班機即將起飛，因此非常積極且有效率的幫我聯絡總站，最後在十五分鐘內就幫我拿回我的背包，好讓我可以順利趕上飛機。
