Kagoshimashi Information Centre

Two very helpful lady staff assisting me to purchase Cute Transport Card. Information centre itself has a lot of local travel information in different foreign languages.

The Tourist Info Center offers convenient passes, providing access to a wealth of attractions.

The inclusion of a ferry to Sakurajima adds significant value, making it a must-visit for tourists seeking a seamless and comprehensive experience.

The lady here is at Tenmonkan branch is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And she speaks really good English as well. Perfect.
Earlier stopped by the Kago Chuo branch but left not knowing better.

初めての鹿児島旅行で、こちらの観光案内所に訪れました。受付の女性は、こちらのニーズをきちんと考えてくれて、親切で適切なアドバイスを貰えたのは本当に心強かった。

何とか無事観光できたのも観光案内所のお陰と言っても過言ではありません。

なお、天文館商店街の入口近くにあり、また滞在ホテルからも近かったので、ロケーションとしてはとても良かった。

また、訪問の際はお世話になるかも知れません。

２時間ほどで回れる観光スポットが無いか伺ったところ、とても分かりやすく、いくつかのパターンを紹介して下さり具体的な時間(お姉さんの足で徒歩何分くらいかかるなど)も参考になり、時間を有効に使えました。その前に鹿児島中央駅のバス停付近の案内所でも同様の質問をしましたが、特に何も教えてもらえなかったので、こちらの係の方は親切で知らない土地でありがたかったです。バスの１日乗車券をお得に手に入れられるアプリも教えていただいたり、本当にありがとうございました。

出發前為了“知林之島”、“Healthy land 溫泉”和“山川港道之駅”…等花費兩、三天時間從各網站和谷歌評論中找資料。

發現找的資料無解，於是直接來此詢問。由於颳風過境，一週當中只有一天算是好天氣，其他天都是下雨。
最終認清事實，面對“一天三班的公車太少，根本去不了的結論之外，還碰上豪雨😔。

但是由於觀光案內所的幫助下，知道雨天時可以去做“砂蒸”，因為有屋簷，不會淋到雨。還推薦了鹿兒島的6、7家溫泉。
我也買了2日CUTE，準備用在一好、一壞的天氣時。

星期五即使下雨也能做的事：
指宿:「砂樂」→「山川棧橋」“午餐”→「Healthy Land」“溫泉”→★15：15“終班車”回到「指宿」
（PS.山川棧橋的“山川港道の駅”是我自己想參觀，不是他們推薦我去的。）

雨天還能做的事：水族館。
兔費觀賞海豚秀😊
平日10：30、12：30、14：30在水族館的館外橋上有十分鐘的海豚表演。
但因海面氣候因素，不定時演出。

The staff here are calm, patient, informative and helpful.

All team members that we interacted made sure they understood our issues/questions and try to answer it as fully as possible.

The location itself is at the street level so very easy to find and access. The center is welcoming and besides having a team of excellent staff, there are the usual things tourist need to enjoy a visit.
