If you want to have a quality diner in a super atmosphere there is only one place to go in Hiroshima, Tamaya. Food is fresh and melts in your mouth. What a pleasure to come here! Service is friendly and charming. I will come back here for sure. An address not to miss in Hiroshima. Thanks to the staff and owners ❤😘. By the way they have excellent saké too 😋

The food is simply great 👍😍

Very delicious and a place for locals. We were the only "none Japanese" guests :) the cooks prepare the food on a big hotplate and then the servers bring the food to your table where a small hotplate is located. Great service and nice people there.

We loved our meal here. The service was great, the staff very friendly and the food and drink, abundant.

A casual okonomiyaki place, very friendly and accommodating for one of us who is gluten free. They have grilled small scallop, squid or shrimp in garlic butter, they allowed us to use our own gluten free soy sauce when we asked for salt grilled asparagus instead of soy sauce asparagus. They read our GF card and checked seasonings such as pepper and butter were ok using Google translate. I enjoyed my Hiroshima style okonomiyaki which was massive.

Excellent okonomiyaki restaurant with lots of options. Hot plates at the tables or if you sit at the bar you can see them cook it right in front of you! Nice fresh water and air con too made it a refreshing dinner after riding around Hiroshima.

Very welcoming, fun place to watch a Carp game. Love the grilled sides, as well as spicy okonomiyaki with jalapenos and red pepper noodles!

鹿児島からの旅行で初お好み焼きでした！
めーーちゃくちゃうまかったです！
20時過ぎに来店したのですが、材料が無く作れないメニューもあり通常のお好み焼きしかなく残念。
ホタテのバター焼きは今まで食べた中で1番でした。

とても美味しかったです！
1枚食べたら満腹です。
お店の方も親切です。

お店の前に置いてある用紙に名前を書いて並びます。順番に呼んでくださるのですが呼ばれた時にいなければ名前は消されます。

名前を書いたまま放置するマナーの悪いお客さんも見受けられました。

平和大通り沿いのホテルからも近く、地元民も県外の方も利用しやすいお店さんです。

本日は❝ねばねば焼き￥1050❞をいただきました。

キャベツを強火で一気に炒め、重ねた後は押さえつけない調理法で高さのある、ふんわりとした焼き上がりです。

卓上の調味料には、ドデカマヨが置いてあります。
もちろん、かける。

私の好きな原田製麺のそば、甘みタップリのキャベツ、お好みの具材を熱々の鉄板上でいただく広島のこの料理はやはり旨い！

お好み焼きは各店、作り方も微妙に違ったりして味わいも変わります。
「玉家」さんは強火で短時間で調理しますが、焦げた部分を取り除いたり、形を丸く整える丁寧な焼き上がり。
また、ご主人、店員の方々は常にホールにも目配りをされて感心します。

店内の様子ですが、席はテーブルがメイン。
各席とも綺麗で、鉄板が完備されている、お好み焼き屋さんとして最上級な仕様。
ゆっくり食べても熱々の料理がいただけます。

現在の営業時間は夜営業のみです。
支払いは各種カード、PayPay使用可です。

ここのお好み焼きのスペシャルは個人的にナンバーワンである。広島のお好み焼きはそれなりに値段がする割に具が悲しいほど少ない店が多いが、ここのは全く違う。食べごたえのある海鮮の具が入ったお好み焼きだ。 鉄板ものも心踊る。たけのことホタテとエリンギのバター炒めなんか、具が大ぶりでとっても良い、そしてもちろんうまい。サラダとかちゃーんとあるし、お酒も豊富。 有名店にもう行く必要はない。

お好み焼きはもちろん鉄板メニューも豊富で美味しくいただきました。
広島人はやっぱりお好み焼きが好きです！

Vi skulle nå et tog, så kokken var rigtig sød og lavede vores mad hurtigt. Personalet var meget serviceminded og smilende og maden var også lækker!
