Good service.
Clean car.
The stand office at the arrival terminal is no one there. There is a sign says go further 50 meters , but 😅 is not easy to understand,
So we called to the rent a car and they told us to go outside and to the 29 sign and wait.
A mini bus arrived and bring us the the central .

The chauffeur service is tip-top! It ferries you from airport to the rental location and vice versa.
The Toyota Alphard we rented was very well maintained. The interior was clean and no foul smell. An advice for you, please inspect your car thoroughly and take picture evidences of any discrepancies you noticed before driving off.

Great place to rent a car near the Narita airport. All the staff explain everything you need to know about the car you are renting. They also walk around the car to make sure any imperfections are noted so you won't get charged for damage.

Counter inside NRT airport, very easy for pick up, they will shuttle you to/from airport to parking lot, smooth process and very new car

Every time to Japan will rent the car from Nippon, staff are friendly than some very famous company. Moreover,after the trip they will privately sent you to airport, no need to wait for the big suttle bus.
