Quintessa Hotel Sasebo

A very nice hotel and very affordable. The space in this room was amazing. The bed was very large and comfortable. There was a couch and a TV for you to enjoy. The staff are all very friendly and can speak English. They are able to hold your luggage after checking out. The hotel is located quite a ways from the closest train station, about 20 minutes. It is very close to the Ginza shopping street though, less than 5 minutes away. The room was very clean and all the usual amenities were there. Definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
Staff were friendly. The rooms were larger than expected, and very comfortable. If you want the window opened, you need to ask at the front desk, but this was quickly organised. This is probably a safety issue. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The price is very reasonable!

We stayed on the 13th floor Luxus room. The bathroom was smaller than we expected but the whole room was impressive. Breakfast choices were also great. View is amazing and you can do a morning run on the riverside and inside the us navy.

The nicest, cutest, most special hotel I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. They go to great lengths to ensure your stay is precisely the best it can be. The technology in the bathroom made my month stay very cool!

Great location. Short walk to stores, restaurants and a beautiful park. Rooms are comfortable. Bring your own room entertainment since television selections is is limited.

For a westerner this is as good as it gets in Sasebo. Staff is friendly and vary accommodating. Rooms are on the larger side for Japan. Fantastic buffet on the ground floor with a large vegetarian selection. Perfect location to food, shopping, and site seeing.

Great hotel. Dont forget to visit the vending machines on the 2nd floor. Staff are very accomodating for mil personnel. Able to get you a taxi immediately on base. Or walk(preferred) its an easy 10 minutes away.

Second time. Nice place, small bit decent sized for Japanese hotel. Upgraded to WiFi & did have a power adapter in room. Polite staff. Always clean.

Suite view of the hotel. I was surprised by the room size and view. Close to tons of places to eat and shops.

Very nice hotel, tucked away on back street, conveniently located. It's an old hotel, it would be a high 3 star, clean with free Wifi. The desk people are very helpful.

Excellent service! Room was cleaned daily and beds were changed often.. front service desk was very helpful and the included breakfast was tasty.

My stay at the Quintessa Hotel was very pleasant. The staff are professional and my room was clean. I will definitely stay again if I need a hotel in Sasebo.

Nice Hotel. Everything you need in your room except freezer. Breakfast is served at 7am unfortunately it's not free

Large room with a good view, complimentary water bottles, tea and coffee facilities and toiletries, comfortable bed. Everything was good

Quiet, clean, has WiFi, and a comfy bed. Can’t ask for more for the price.
