Came here after a long flight from Narita Airport. The walk from Narita station to the garden is well worth it. There are many unique small stores along the way to keep things interesting, not to mention the best unagi restaurant is along the way. This park is huge and has many sightseeing points within the park. Could spent at least 1-1.5hrs here walking leisurely in the park alone.

This was by far the most beautiful park that we discovered, quite by accident, in Narita. We spent hours here just taking in the quiet beauty.

Great place to walk and get some exercise before you get on a plane. Plus amazing temples and culture

Having done a few shrines in Tokyo, this was honestly my favorite. Such an awesome place to walk around and see so much!

Please do yourself the favor and stop by if you are staying out here for the airport! You won't regret it and on the walk to the train station there are so many cool shops and small street food places.

I had a very enjoyable promenade at NaritaSan Park 🏞🤍 it was so lovely day walking around it, visiting the beautiful Temples, the river and carp koi fishes, the nature and calm. The park is quite big, very clean and so beautiful to visit all around. Peaceful 🌳🎐I visited during a week day and it wasn't that crowded ☺

This is like an ancient botanical garden. Beautiful places amidst religious shrines

It is a vast temple with several historic buildings. The garden is very traditional and wonderfully beautiful. The temple is surrounded by a historical townscape. We found a number of traditional and interesting stores. In short, we discovered Japan in this place! Frankly, this place is very much worth a visit!

This park is incredibly beautiful, huge, and free. I was impressed with the delicacy with which it was designed and the little details in spacial orientation in the landscape architecture. The trees and grounds are well-maintained. There is a beautiful pavilion on the edge of the lake and a bridge. There is what seems to be a small shopping street, but it is closed due to the pandemic. Brooks, stone lanterns, pagoda, and a large waterfall are some attributes. There is a lovely cottage with traditional bamboo fencing. Absolutely lovely.

Wonderful park, absolutely huge, with plenty to look at. Choose your season, autumn being particularly good. The walk down from the station is also fascinating with all the traditional wares for sale and the many food options.

Beautiful grounds which are free to enter and explore. So much variety inside this park, Japanese gardens, cherry blossoms, a waterfall and statues/memorials. Come early and enjoy the peace.

This such an incredibly peaceful and beautiful place! We got there early on Saturday morning, so it wasn't crowded. The vendors were just setting up their souvenir booths and the day was chilly but cloudless. It couldn't have been a better day. The artistry of the paintings and carvings on the buildings is truly awe inspiring, and the grounds are immaculate.

I've been to a lot of beautiful places, but honestly this has to be one of my favourites. We stumbled across it on our first day in Narita and I'm so glad we did. The scenery is just breath-taking and it was very quiet there too. I could have spent hours there! If you're in Narita it's a must visit (especially if it's a sunny day)!

Came here on a 9 hour layover at Narita international airport. It was only a 10 minute railway ride here and another 10 minute walk to get there. Pretty simple

Absolutely gorgeous, a must see if you have some time near the airport. Totally free to walk around here and there are clean public restrooms. Restaurants all around the entrance as well
