2024年4月にオープン、醸造施設がありワインちょい飲みも出来るそうです、社長手作りの季節のツマミが絶品でした。お店の雰囲気も落ち着いて良かったです。

たまたま通りかかったお店。サドヤさんで試飲しようかなぁと思っていたけど、覗いていたら声をかけられたので、近所のビール屋さんに行った後に再訪。

ワインは、甲州2023とマスカット・ベーリーA2023、2022、2021のみ。甲州もマスカット・ベーリーAも美味しく頂きました。マスカット・ベーリーAは2023が最もヘビーとのこと。とは言えマスカット・ベーリーAなのでライトな味わいです。

今はキザンワインさんに醸造を委託しているとのことですが、今秋から自社醸造のワインを出す予定だそうです。楽しみです😊
