予約制ですがショートケーキのホールケーキが絶品です！
伺った際に苺が安定して手に入る寒い時期のみ予約を受け付けていると教えていただきました
今まで出会ったホールケーキのなかで
ずば抜けて１位です！！！
毎年湯沢さんのケーキをクリスマスに食べるのが楽しみでワクワクします！
また、クッキーがとても美味しいです。箱にも詰めてくれるので手土産にもお勧めです！クッキーは１年中販売しています

ここのバターせんべいが絶品
懐かしい素朴な味ですが、それがたまらないです
昔は駄菓子も売っていましたが、現在は製造販売のみです。
