Bean to Bar chocolate with unique stories in each bar. The owners, I think three friends goes directly to the farm in different part of the world and bring back the beans.
They have a basic line but some of them are extremely limited.

Texture wise it is what the Japanese love: crunchy grainy with unique smell!

I think it might be difficult to understand for most people who never know what bean to bar is but they have free tasting and they love explaining and sharing their story and teaching on how to spot different taste profile.

Also it can be intimidating to enter the store especially when the packaging does not look like a normal chocolate bar, price wise is also not cheap but if you learn the process it takes for them to get a bar, and having it made in an island in shimanami kaido, you may come to undertand with each bar is more than just a taste, but the experience and stories behind it all. Highly recommed to come in and just try the free testing ☺

パッケージも、それぞれ絵柄が違って可愛いのでお土産にもオススメです☺

お店の方がとっても丁寧に一つ一つのチョコレートの味の違いや特徴を教えてくれ、好みの味を伝えるとそれに近いチョコレートをオススメしてくれます！店内もおしゃれです。

8月に家族で伺いました。
最初は店員さんの対応も良くいくつか試食をいただきましたが、予算的に購入はちょっと難しいなと思いお断りした瞬間に態度が激変。買わないと分かるとこちらの言葉に返答もなしでフル無視。“ありがとうございました”も無し、お見送りとかも無し、早く帰れと言わんばかりに奥に引っ込んでしまいました。
正直あそこまで態度に出るのはいかがなものかと思いました。これじゃあ売れなくてもしょうがないと思わせるくらいに。もう2度と行かないと思います。

写真は撮るな、メニューは外のQRコードを読み取れ、店員もかなりテンション低め、こだわりが強すぎて買うのをやめた。
楽しみにしていたのに萎えた。
写真映えするような場所に出店しているのに謎だった。
