It's a great opportunity for me to visit Fujihara Tea Industry, which has been run by a knowledgeable and dedicated family for many years. Hearing about his struggles and challenges in producing organic tea products astonished me.

Prior to this, I had no idea how to make green tea. But after coming here, I learnt about the entire process of creating green teas, including harvesting, sorting, rolling, moisture reduction, and tea leaf crescentic shape, among other things.

This, I believe, is the ideal location in Shimane for growing safe and reliable green teas. I really enjoyed varieties of tastes of green tea also.

Got surprised by huge range of Japanese green tea, brown tea. The original tea blended with local herbs is very unique, I have only seen here. Green tea icecream, and cakes are so rich and with great aroma of tea. They grow tea in the local. You can get locally grown black tea as well.

Their passion for making organic tea is wonderful.

The shop assistant is very friendly.

松江駅から大東行きのバスに乗ると、約1時間くらいでここの近くのバス停に着きます。
無農薬栽培で畑から焙煎〜販売まで全ておこなっているので、お茶のいろいろなお話を聞かせてもらったり、味見もさせて頂きました。

その昔、松江藩主のお殿様が推したという
美味しいお茶です。

「無農薬三年熟成番茶」は、雑誌プレシャスにも取り上げられ、ほぼノンカフェインに近いため妊婦さんも飲める優しい番茶だとか。

漢方薬の先生とコラボしたブレンドティーも
土地にちなんで素戔嗚尊や櫛名田比売命のパッケージがお土産にピッタリで可愛いです。

日本茶だけでなく、和紅茶や、プーアル茶もあります。

薬膳茶と言えば、藤原茶問屋さんではないか！と思うぐらい、健康に良さそうな、薬膳茶？プーアル茶？購入することができます。店舗は島根県雲南市にありますが、買いに行く価値ありです！

こだわりの製法で作っておられます。社長をはじめ奥さんとても親切で、おもわず立ち寄りながいしてしまいます。基本的には月いち、ない月もありますが、特売日があり通常より安くかえます。AEON松江内もりもり奥出雲にも売ってありますが、こちらで買ったほうが量がたくさん入っていて値段が一緒なので、徳用煎茶お店をおすすめします。秋の番茶祭りでは番茶の摘み取り体験が出来ます。

生姜番茶は生姜のピリピリ感をきちんと感じれる素晴らしい番茶です。体がすぐ温まります。

煎茶飲んだら他所の煎茶飲めなくなるのよ～😃

無発酵茶、発酵茶ともに美味しいです。ほっとするひとときを、いつもありがとうございます。
