Hostel&Bar CAMOSIBA（ホステルアンドバーカモシバ で美味しいビールを飲んだ。
ホップのフルーツ感とコクが気持ちいい。
このビールには、秋田の夢が詰まっている。

株式会社「羽後麦酒」鈴木隆弘さんは羽後町の深刻な少子化、人口減少の波に対抗して 「大好きな羽後町を元気にするきっかけを作りたい！」と「ファンあきた」で開業資金を募り、ワインバー「蔵しこ」裏手味噌蔵をリノベーションしてビール工房を立ち上げる。
羽後町には、西馬音内盆踊りや西馬音内蕎麦、スイカや枝豆、牛肉など良いものがたくさんあるが、お酒がない。そこで「羽後町にお酒の文化を復活させたい」と地元秋田羽後町の食材を使った「野菜」「果物」「ハーブ」「スパイス」でビールを醸す可能性に目覚める。
ビール醸造の先には麦やホップの栽培、休耕田や休耕畑の有効活用、醸造の際に出る麦芽カスなどを畜産農家に、家畜からできた堆肥を肥料として作物に活用する循環や農業所得の底上げ、雇用と定住を夢見る。

クラウドファンディングで、秋田に新しい夢が、ここでも実現されている。
