Really cool random find in Kushimoto!! The food was really good, and the store itself had a cool design

I got the three taco set, which comes with a drink of choice. From left the right in the picture it was fried chicken, ground meat (hikiniku), and shrimp. They were all good, but I especially enjoyed the fried chicken one! Tasted like a blend of a taco and karaage

Wow! A California sailor in a small Japanese town… little did I think I would find flavors of home. Fresh avocado Tomato and everybody’s favorite Cholula hot sauce. This place has the Cali vibe. Good tunes too. Make it your food place when passing through.

Passing through Kushimoto and stumbled on this place! Very cute, food looked GREAT! Our coffee was good. We had hot cafe latte and cafe mocha. Highly recommend!!

Flood in Kushimoto is an absolute gem for those craving an authentic taste of American and Mexican cuisine, with a modern twist. The atmosphere is hip and welcoming, but the food is the real standout. I had the pleasure of trying their chicken taco, beef taco, fried fish, and a Mexican potato—each dish surpassed my expectations.

The chicken taco was perfectly seasoned, with tender chicken wrapped in a fresh, soft tortilla. The beef taco had just the right amount of spice, bringing out the rich flavors in every bite. The fried fish was golden, crispy, and delicious—flaky on the inside and paired with an unforgettable tangy sauce. But the Mexican potato took things to another level, with its creamy texture and well-balanced spices.

The combination of flavors, quality of ingredients, and attention to detail make Flood a must-visit. I can confidently say it was one of the best meals of my life—an easy 5-star experience.

店員さんも明るく親切で、タコスはボリューミーでどれも美味しかったです！提供までには出店のタコス屋さんより長く時間が掛かったかと思います。
ダブルと言うメニューを注文し、メインとサブどちらもビーフ、チキン、フィッシュなど何種類かから2つ選ぶ事が出来、今回はメインがビーフとエビ、サブがチキンを選択しました。

味としては今まで食べて来たタコスでは到底及ばない美味しさでした！

ランチで2度伺いました。
この辺にはないタイプの食事でちょっと変わったお店です。
魚に飽きたら是非行ってみてください。

ガーリックシュリンプを頂きました。しっかりとした味付けに見た目よりボリューミーでとても美味しかったです。
他のメニューを食べにまた行きたいと思います。

オシャレでゆったりとした時間を過ごせるスペース。とてもお気に入りです。夏には冷たいデザートも食べに期待ですね

子供用に椅子もあるしオモチャも貸して頂き設備も整ったカフェでした😊釣りの帰りに行っても営業しているお店で今後は行かせていただきます😊

タコス2種と飲み物を選ぶ2tacosセットを頼みました。
ミート、チキン、シュリンプから選びます。サイドにフライドポテトが付きます。
ミートとシュリンプ、飲み物はアイスコーヒーを選びました。
よく"オールドエルパソ"のタコスキットを自宅で食べます。U字型の硬いタコシェルなのですが、こちらのお店は柔らかいソフトトルティーヤが提供されます。
少し厚めのトルティーヤの上に具材が載っていて、自分の食べ易いようにクルッと巻くスタイルです。
ミートは少々塩味が強く感じましたが、シュリンプはアッサリ味です。
但し私は普段、塩分を極力摂らない生活なのと、ミート→シュリンプの順に食べたのが原因と思われます。
毎日何杯も飲むコーヒー好きなのですが、アイスコーヒーが美味しかったです。ホットコーヒーを飲めば良かったかも。
店内はストリート系＋ファクトリー系のお洒落空間。お店の方は親切で丁寧な方々。
来店時（平日14時）は、若い男性が一人、幼稚園児を2人連れた女性がテイクアウト待ちの方がいらっしゃり、客層は広いようです。
