A very cosy and ambient café. Delicious coffee and cakes. Friendly staff who understand some English and provide an English menu. Very close to the train station, so it makes for a lovely spot if waiting for a train

Very nice urban café/restaurant of which Kii-Katsuura does not have many. The menu is very nice and original with vegetarian options, the food is really good, staff is super, good vibes in this place. They serve good coffee until they close and have good desserts too. We hung around after dinner to do a game of Yahtzee because the atmosphere was so good. Seatings available: at a table, at the bar or in cozy couch spaces. Highly recommmendable!

Again, an unexpected brilliant cafe restuarant in the small town Kii tatsuura. The curry is hot but extremely deicious, so as the side and salad came with the set! Look at the chairs and books, you can stay here for days! But now I have to go around the town knowing so much more to see from map they made 😉

Delicious, wholesome chicken curry lunch. Menu is in English outside but you can Google translate it easily enough from the actual menu. Such a cool restaurant/cafe with a lovely vibe.

Say you were on death row (framed, innocent, a kind but framed soul) and upon said death row you were to die. Tomorrow. And those executioners said, Your final meal may be chicken curry and chicken curry alone. Strange, but entirely probable scenario. Well, I say to you, this may be it. The chicken curry of ama ai is so Divine, so rich on the bone, cooked with spice retolent of the Caribbean and yet hints of India, with just enough kick to satisfy the inner sadist.

I'd say top it off with scones and coffee, also excellent but alas, the bastards have given you only one option.

Very friendly staff. The menu is partially in English which is helpful to foreign visitor. I highly recommend. They are opened late on Saturday which is great to get desert after maguro meal.

Basque cheesecake with cream and ice cream, soy latte, both to die for and decor and a play list that made me want to stay longer just for the ambience.

Great local shop provides delicious food and dessert. The coffee is also nice.

If I could, I would give 10 stars! Nice, small, cozy place! Delicious lunch menu and great cake 😋 The staff are super friendly and sweet, we need to come back for sure! We had such a lovely time here. Thank you very much 🧡

Lovely cafe in a small fishing town. Cappuccino was great and their basque cheesecake was delicious. Silky smooth and not too sweet.

I dig this place. Alternative cafe with simple seating mix of lounges and tables but funky music and nice vibes. Delicious food and friendly staff. Very relaxed

Lovely, modern little cafe with quirky feels. The lunch menu is great, I had the chicken curry and it was Delish! Coffee is great too. Also went back for dinner and drinks and would highly recommend.

A nice little local place for a small selection of lunch options and coffee after a half day of sightseeing at Nachi waterfalls. The chicken curry is tasty and the atmosphere is cosy. Highly recommend.

Nice place for a more modern cafe meal if you're tired of the more rustic local fare. Decent coffee too.
